The Plano Event & Food Service Support position partners with Campus Ministries and Support Teams to help organize, coordinate, and execute campus events & food service needs.

The ideal applicant will be skilled in handling a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks. They will also be highly organized and good at multi-tasking. Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events is required. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, time management skills, and effective execution are a must.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the success of each event by championing policies, procedures, guidelines, and codes pertaining to event planning & food service support

Technical Data is organized in 3 authoring domains and 5 local lines (France, Germany, India, Spain, United Kingdom).

You will join the Technical Data Airframe Authoring Line in France (Skywise Campus, Blagnac), within "Structure Maintenance & Repair Parts" team (SIDS25) for A350, A320 family, A380 and A330/A340.

We are responsible for these 3 Technical data :

• Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC),

• Structural Repair Manual Identification (SRM Ident.),

• Illustrated Parts List (IPL) for the Airbus Component Maintenance Manual (CMMm).

As Technical Data Engineer, your main missions will be:

• Technical Leader on several programs, ensuring the interface between our subcontractors and the team.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous êtes en formation, ou vous avez déjà validé au minimum une formation Bac+2 dans le domaine informatique de type DUT/BUT Informatique, BTS SIO, BTS SN... ou équivalent. 

En postulant à cette formation en alternance certifiée cela vous donnera non seulement le niveau Bac+3 en obtenant un Bachelor Analyste en Cybersécurité dans le secteur aéronautique, mais aussi un tremplin vers deux opportunités en or : 

• soit prolonger votre formation en apprentissage pour deux années supplémentaires avec le diplôme de Mastère (niveau Bac +5, proposée en partenariat avec Ynov Campus Toulouse) 

• ou bien postuler pour un contrat de travail à durée indéterminée (CDI) au sein de notre entreprise !

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

Compétences techniques :

• Connaissance de l'administration des systèmes d'exploitation (Windows et/ou Linux): Connaissance de base

• Connaissance du durcissement des systèmes d'exploitation (Windows et/ou RedHat Linux): Connaissance de base

• Connaissance de l'administration des équipements de réseaux LAN/ W-LAN/ WAN et des services LAN/ WLAN / WAN (Switch, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, Routeur, VPN): Connaissance de base

• Connaissance de la programmation et/ou des scripts (SQL, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Python, VBScript, powershell/Bash): Connaissance de base

• Connaissance d'une sélection et/ou de l'administration des outils de sécurité (Encryptage : SafeGuard Easy, PKI Management ; Monitoring : Mcafee): Connaissance de base

Compétences non techniques (soft skills) :

• Organisation: Connaissance de base

• Communication: Bonne connaissance

• Travail d'équipe: Bonne connaissance

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais  : avancé (les enseignements seront en partie dispensés en anglais, un niveau d’anglais avancé est nécessaire)(l’environnement de travail est international et tous les échanges (écrits et oraux) se font en anglais)

• Français : courant

Cet entretien vidéo sera visionné, et si positif : il sera transmis à la Airbus Cybersecurity School. La Airbus Cybersecurity School organisera les premiers entretiens avec les candidat·e·s retenu(e)s et ensuite le manager/tuteur recevra les candidat·e·s afin de sélectionner le ou la candidat·e final·e pour cette alternance.
