We are currently looking for a qualified/experienced Construction Estimator to join our team based in our Burswood Head Office. This role is offered on a full-time basis and is available for an immediate start.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Diploma of Building and Construction/Certificate III in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens/Landscape Construction
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role

Duties:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Review and Assessment
- Measurement and quantification of drawings
- Document control
- Pricing for tenders
- Communication of accurate and current tender information
- Analysis and negotiation of pricing
- Use of spreadsheets
- Tender submission
- Relationship management with external stakeholders through open communication and ethical work practices
- Creative and original thought practices for competitiveness

Skills required include:
- Project management experience
- Subcontractor procurement and negotiating
- High level of client liaison and customer service experience
- Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook.

Position Overview

Qualifications and Requirements:

This is a new Property Administrator (12 Month FTC - Maternity) job working as part of a positive, experienced and knowledgeable facilities management team.
This will be a busy and varied job; duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure checks are in place and works are logged correctly and updated on a continuous basis. Arrange reactive and planned maintenance.

• Ensuring all compliance documentation is received, recorded and filed correctly.

To succeed in this job, you will need to be an experienced administrator who is organised, methodical and logical; you will need to be able to work at pace in a structured manner and manage your own workloads within a team environment.

• Experience in administration or customer service role.
• FM experience preferred would be beneficial but not essential.
