What will your role be?

• To understand the application’s flow and acquire knowledge of the application and its associated modules, to serve as a consultant of the EMR Module(s) 
• Leading a team of developers in customizing/enhancing the module according to business requirements agreed upon with users
• Become the primary contact point with customers regarding the EMR Module(s) 
• Competent in presenting the EMR Module(s) through live or offline demos and conducting training sessions for end users during project implementation
• To be able to create new training materials or improve existing ones, such as PowerPoint presentations or training manuals for the EMR Module(s), for use in training sessions and by end users
• Capable of independently traveling to customer sites or with the team for Pre-Sales Activities, Business Requirement Study (BRS), Train-the-Trainer sessions, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and GoLive activities

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Medical/Nursing or equivalent
