The Director, Business Management Office performs the following duties:

• This supervisory position provides leadership and managerial direction for effective, uniform, and economical accomplishments of management and administrative functions and responsibilities.

The Management Analyst performs as a Contracting Officer's Representative for VA's Payment Oversight Program (POP) services contract. Incumbent also assists with administrative functions within OBO, IPRO, and FSICO. Incumbent works closely with management analysts and OBO Managers on the Director's staff and other administrative personnel to ensure efficiency in operations and maintain a consistent approach to the overall management of the Office of Business Oversight. Brief Summary of Duties

The incumbent conducts comprehensive performance analysis of teams and branch caseloads to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. They consult with staff for input on case management practices, policy interpretation, and issues, while conducting operational analyses and management studies. Responsibilities include planning and conducting management surveys and audits, developing improved procedures to prevent fraud, managing complex social service programs, planning budgets, and preparing reports and presentations.
