Job Opportunity:
The Student Admissions Executive plays a vital role in managing the student journey from
initial inquiry through to successful enrollment. This position serves as the primary
touchpoint for prospective students, parents, and education partners, ensuring a smooth and
efficient admissions process while maintaining high service standards. The role combines
administrative expertise with student-facing responsibilities to support Capital Colleges
enrollment goals and student success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Admissions and Enrollment
Process new student applications from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation
Review and verify application documents according to admission criteria
Prepare and issue offer letters to successful applicants
Handle student pass applications for international students
Conduct pre-enrollment briefings for new students
Documentation and Records
Maintain accurate student records in the College database system
Process student withdrawals and deferrals
Generate enrollment reports and statistics
Ensure compliance with document retention policies
Update student information and status changes
Stakeholder Communication
Respond to admission inquiries from prospective students and parents
Coordinate with recruitment agents on application status updates
Liaise with government authorities (ICA, SEAB, CMPB) for student matters
Provide updates to relevant departments on enrollment status
Administrative Support
Arrange student orientation programs
Assist in planning recruitment activities and admission events
Support document verification processes
Prepare weekly status reports on application processing
Handle administrative tasks related to student admissions
Student Support
Guide applicants through the admission requirements and procedures
Assist students with application-related documentation
Provide information about course offerings and admission requirements

Essential Requirements:
A Bachelor degree OR a Diploma with a minimum of 1 years experience in a
customer-facing role
Fluency in English
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in managing student records and
applications
Demonstrated proficiency in:
o Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel for student data management)
o Google Workspace
o Database management systems
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities
Ability to work occasional extended hours during peak admission periods
