We are looking for a Global CRM Manager to partner with the VP Growth to build one of Asia’s fastest-growing and most loved beauty brands.

Fuelling growth through insights and analytics.
You use numbers to generate repeatable, scalable processes that are steered with ambitious perfection in a data-driven environment. While your background is analytical, you are curious about broadening your horizon and work together with our Creative and Brand leadership to build one of Asia's most powerful consumer brands. You will lead all the lifecycle marketing campaigns including email, App push, WhatsApp Business API, and LINE messaging API, and track all important campaign metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, etc) to optimize marketing efficiency. You will gain numerous opportunities to conceptualize and spearhead new CRM initiatives and will serve as an internal consultant that ensures best practices across all markets
Championing growth initiatives across the organization.
Elevate the level of CRM ambition across all markets. Openly collaborate and push the science of CRM excellence to inform and improve our impact and efficiency across all markets. You listen to the different POVs in the room but there's a strong number-backed rationale behind every recommendation you make.
Don’t just talk, Do.
You have a full team you will collaborate within each market. However, in time of need, you have no issue with doing the work yourself. You are never too senior to not do the work or clean up after yourself.
Presenting and pitching persuasively.
You share your decisions and push for what you think is right for the business objectives, using logic and numbers (rather than opinion or emotion) to make your case. You’ve worked in large organizations before and can deftly manage stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You do this all with a collaborative spirit.
Would be great if you have:
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- 1 - 2 years of hands of CRM marketing experience (Experience with Braze and Segment is highly preferred)
- Cross-functional collaboration skills as you will need to work with multiple teams on different projects, e.g. product, sales, local marketing
- Strong analytical skills
You are a Rockstar if you have the following:
- Experience in the eCommerce industry
- Fluent in another Asian language, Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Einstein Prediction and Braze
- Experience in using WhatsApp Business API and LINE messaging API for lifecycle campaigns
- Startup experience
