What the day job looks like:

In this full-time role as a Marketing Assistant, working alongside the Marketing team, you will be responsible for:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across digital and traditional channels.
• Shopper/retail media: Assist with planning and booking all shopper media ensuring activity is aligned to the rest of the marketing calendar, and delivers maximum ROI, and creative is properly briefed on any assets required
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the brand and creative team to create engaging materials, including newsletters, blog articles, and website content that align with brand messaging for retail and foodservice audiences

In this full-time role as a Credit Controller, working alongside the Finance team, you will be responsible for:

• Play your part in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Maintenance and Projects Manager - Nelson Site - Competitive Annual Salary

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the maintenance and facilities projects and capex within a growing business, along with day-to-day activities. Utilising your expertise, you will liaise with key stakeholders to continually improve site equipment, food and safety standards and associated facilities across Wellocks’ site nationwide.

Warehouse Operative (Night Shift) - Nelson Main Site - £12.99 per hour

Shift Pattern - 34 hours per week, 4 nights per week.

We are on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives based in Nelson, Lancashire to come and join our fast paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders to be sent to our customers.

This is a night shift based-role with start time of 7pm, with a finish time dependant on the last van being picked and loaded, working 4 out of 6 nights Sunday to Friday.

The Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers orders are picked and packed in to our reusable green creates as per the order sheet, ready to be loaded onto our fleet of van, working quickly and efficiently.

Using the handheld devices, you will scan the order sheets to ensure the correct stock is being picked, whilst at all times adhering to our health and safety procedures. You will ensure that the stock on the shelves is rotated in accordance with the on pack dates and help to maintain a clean, tidy warehouse.

Warehouse Operative (Night Shift) - Nelson Main Site - £12.99 per hour

Shift Pattern - 34 hours per week, 4 nights per week.

We are on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives based in Nelson, Lancashire to come and join our fast paced warehouse environment, picking and packing orders to be sent to our customers.

This is a night shift based-role with start time of 7pm, with a finish time dependant on the last van being picked and loaded, working 4 out of 6 nights Sunday to Friday.

The Role:

You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers orders are picked and packed in to our reusable green creates as per the order sheet, ready to be loaded onto our fleet of van, working quickly and efficiently.

Using the handheld devices, you will scan the order sheets to ensure the correct stock is being picked, whilst at all times adhering to our health and safety procedures. You will ensure that the stock on the shelves is rotated in accordance with the on pack dates and help to maintain a clean, tidy warehouse.

What you will need:

Full training and PPE will be provided.

This role is commutable from Nelson, Colne, Barnoldswick, Earby, Burnley and Accrington with good access to the M65.

About the Role

• Review briefs for new product development
• Responsibility for delivery of project timescales using critical paths agreement and adherence

About the role

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to join our team at Lottie Shaw’s based in Brighouse.

As our General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the day-to-day site operations at Lottie Shaw’s bakery and packing facility. You will develop and implement annual and longer- term plans to support continued growth as well as support all functions within Bakery and Packing to ensure our customers are satisfied and operations are run safely and efficiently. Our General Manager should have operational experience within food manufacturing from the start of the supply chain with raw materials and experience of working within food hygiene and health and safety requirements and behaviours.

Key role responsibilities

• Delivering a safe working environment and leading a culture that enhances behavioural awareness.
• Ensuring that food safety and quality objectives are established, monitored, documented, and reviewed.
• Weekly, long term and seasonal demand planning in line with volume and stock replenishment requirements. Ensuring the plan is published and followed for the bakery and packing teams.

• Providing weekly compliance reports inline with SALSA requirements.

• Be responsible for delivery in line with set budgets.
• Coach, mentor and lead the site leadership team and oversee working hours recording to ensure accurate payroll reporting requirements. Manage holidays and absence, performance and conduct related issues.
