We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the organization's financial health and growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership:

• Lead the finance team to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting of financial information.
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, focusing on maximizing shareholder value, profitability, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Develop financial models to inform business decisions and support strategic planning.
• Identify key financial metrics and KPIs and regularly analyze financial data to drive business performance.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks and ensure proper financial controls are in place.

3. Capital Management & Fundraising:

• Oversee and manage cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to ensure the organization maintains financial flexibility.
• Oversee capital structure, financing strategies, and investor relations.
• Lead fundraising efforts, including debt and equity financing, as well as strategic partnerships.

4. Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements in compliance with applicable laws and accounting principles.
• Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

5. Team Leadership & Development:**

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

6. Strategic Partnerships & Reporting:**

• Lead the preparation of board presentations, financial dashboards, and other reporting materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, or similar).
• Proven track record of driving financial strategy and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

As the Electrical Application Manager, you will oversee the application development and management process for our gensets and generators. You will work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure that our applications meet customer needs and industry standards. Your expertise will drive the enhancement of our product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the application development process for gensets and generators, from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product specifications align with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for application improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers regarding application usage.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger, Tax and bank reconciliation (By job rotation).

· Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets processes.

· Oversee timely closing processes and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.

· Handle monthly journals, audit schedules, and lease matters.

· Prepare assigned reports in a timely manner.

· Prepare quarterly GST reporting (On a rotation basis)

· Reconcile intercompany transactions

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.

Requirement

· Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Singapore) is preferred.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

· Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
