Digital Specialism

• Conceptualises, plan and operate demand generation and lead generation campaigns through test and learn approaches
• Develop marketing automation programmes including building email nurture logic, lead qualification / scoring process through the marketing funnel
• Manage email marketing programmes and website CMS builds
• Implement campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) or advertising (display, SEM, social advertising, etc.) from setup, optimization to reporting
• Contribute to building WE’s performance offerings and capabilities across display, search and social
• Writing skills with demonstrated ability to write social-friendly copy and package content to drive maximum engagement on social media
• Design, monitor and report on measurements and KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, media, advertising or B2B digital marketing-related fields
• Possess data-driven qualities; detailed understanding of analytics across channels with the ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics; knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Experience in Account-based Marketing (ABM) or account-based marketing platforms such as Demandbase is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

· A minimum 10 years of experience preferably from a communications agency

· Client and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must

· Proven track record in corporate communications in particular corporate resilience, executive communication and issues management

· Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking etc.)

· Roll your sleeves up, lead-from-the-front style leadership. Does more than directs

· Strong presentation and consulting skills, business development skills, along with good track-record of winning business pitches

· Fluency in English (written and spoken) required. A second regional language such as Mandarin would be a bonus

• Own our social media presence. Craft content that sparks conversations, grows our audience, and achieves our marketing goals.
• Write, edit, copyedit and/or proofread consistent, compelling, and engaging, audience-centric content on various social media platforms
• Support our key executives build strong LinkedIn profiles that amplify their expertise and the company's amazing culture.

- Media Relations Master:

• Oversee Singapore's earned media partnerships and strategies. Develop proactive storytelling and cultivate relationships with key media contacts to drive our desired narrative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media, media relations, creative writing, mass communications, or B2B digital marketing-related fields. Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience in media relations with demonstrated capacity for working with trade and business press.
• Familiarity and success in digital and social storytelling, audiences, and channels, including integrated communications campaigns.
