4. Familiarity with Edutrust is a plus.

The Sales Lead position will be primarily responsible for increasing student enrolment, from leads generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Enrolment Management:

• Execute the entire sales and enrolment process, from initial inquiry to student onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for families.
• Implement and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, conversions, and key metrics to optimize the enrolment process.

2. Sales Channel Expansion:

• Develop and execute sales strategy to drive student enrolment, e.g. exploring or expanding additional sales channels.
• Develop partnerships with educational consultants, agencies, and other key stakeholders to drive student recruitment.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets.
• Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions to improve outcomes.

4. Market Expansion:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the school's presence into new markets.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of independently delivering outstanding sales results, specifically in the international education industry

3. Deep understanding of all marketing channels and their related strategies, including social media

4. Experience in Chinese education market is highly desirable

5. Experience with EduTrust accreditation is highly desirable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and mark primary & secondary school Works and assignments
• Able to teach students from ages 8 to 21
• Monitor student’s progress through proper assessments
• Able to plan and prepare effective lessons
• Having a good relationship with the students
• Lesson preparation and marking, including the preparation of appropriate teaching aids and resources
• Completing student progress reports for students each semester.
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons, using various teaching methods to ensure a high quality of learning.
