JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Senior Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the management of strategic partnership (SP) and its marketing initiatives for Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries. This role will effectively pull through all sales, marketing, and SP engagement activities, to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective Strategic Partnerships, to achieve growth and create value for all parties. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assigned partnership accounts, marketing, and engagement activities that drive awareness, enrolment, activation as per SP marketing contracts

• Oversee the performance of initiatives to ensure the feedback, process and measures are well documented

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the corporate profile and branding of the organisation by building relations with key stakeholders, communications and/or media agencies to positively position the organisation.

You are required to establish and maintain effective relationships with specialist doctors, provide support to doctors including timely updates and promotion of hospital's services and capabilities. You will need to act as a bridging agent between Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) and the various doctors/staff.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with specialist doctors.
• Maintain regular contact with doctors, establish close rapport including addressing any feedback on matters in relation to hospital services.
• Provide support to doctors including timely updates and promotion of hospital's services and capabilities.
• Resolve doctor-related matters and provide regular updates at Doctor Relations meetings.
