Due to business needs we have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant based in our West Bromwich Head Office. The role is a 360 sales and service role and some experience working in a Recruitment Agency office or customer facing role would be an advantage.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
* Working on either our Driving or Industrial desks
* Speaking to Candidates and businesses on the telephone
* Making outbound sales calls to businesses
* Registering Candidates
* Ensuring Candidates are Compliant and Legal to work
* Finding Candidates for roles - using our inhouse system
