Summary:

The Junior Quantity Surveyor shall assist project team and work closely with Project Managers, Business Development and Director to prepare cost estimates, tracking project expenses, preparing reports, and supporting the tendering and contract management processes. This role may assist in processing payments, and liaising with contractors and suppliers and provides for a strong foundation contract administration, and project management in the construction industry.

Summary:

The Corporate Communications Assistant Manager will be responsible for internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement. Internal communications will include but not limited to employee engagement, investor relations, and brand identity and marketing strategies. The Assistant Manager work closely with the Head of Department to develop long term strategies to enhance the Group’s brand positioning and reputation as a market leader, and manage the Group’s social media and online presence. Overall, the project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting the specified objectives and quality standardise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for work on-site and ensure completion to meet project schedule.
