We are now looking to complement our highly committed and efficient fundraising and supporter experience teams with a Supporter Experience Administrator.
This post holder will be responsible for supporting the Supporter experience and Fundraising teams, ensuring that our systems and processes are delivered efficiently, and that our financial reporting is done to the required standard.
With experience in office administration, finance, or in a similar role, you will be a key part of the team ensuring all donations are dealt with and reported on.

Key Responsibilities:
• Core Tasks: You will process financial batches and supporter data, produce tailored thank-you letters, and handle incoming enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Gift Processing & Administration: Your role involves daily processing of financial information, producing acknowledgment letters for donations, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
• Gift Aid & GDPR Compliance: You will support in maximizing Gift Aid income, ensuring accurate data entry, and compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Event Registration: Assist in accurately processing event registrations and payments through our database, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Collecting Tin Management: Manage collecting tin fundraising efforts in the community to maximize income generation.
• Fundraising Team Support: Provide database administration support, assist in presentations and proposals, and actively participate in fundraising events and initiatives.
• General Office Duties: Assist in maintaining office organization, including mail processing and maintaining a tidy environment.

Requirements:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
