The Credit Analyst reports functionally to the Credit Manager of Regional Real Asset Infrastructure APAC and locally to the Co-Head of Real Asset Infrastructure APAC, based in Singapore, with the following responsibilities:

Profile required

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice, supporting the financing and global markets businesses of the bank, including drafting and/or negotiation and/or review of related documentation and liaising with external counsel where necessary. Coverage includes:

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, support and administer Market Data and Pre-Trade Middleware infrastructures to provide reliable and cost-effective middleware services for the bank in Asia Pacific region.
Ensure Market Data and Pre-Trade Middleware services being offered are in line with business requirement in conjunction with global standard and practice.
Follow, propose and implement the necessary technical evolutions to the Market Data and Pre-Trade Middleware infrastructures maintaining a stable production environment at optimal cost.
Capacity planning to ensure the various components in the IT infrastructure are capable to effectively support the business activities at optimal cost.
Interface with service providers, business functions and IT functions regarding middleware services and solutions.

PROFILE REQUIRED

The purpose of this position is to support the Global Markets Prime Services Clearing business on the Futures & Options segment in relation to client money reconciliation, compliance and control, as well as relevant post trade activities of APAC listed derivatives markets. The scope of client money reconciliation includes Australia, Singapore, HK and Japan locations.

Scope may be extended to relevant client facing activities in prime clearing & services activities (listed, COTC, FXPB)

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:

• Handle client money functions and exchange regulatory reporting

o Perform daily client money reconciliations & controls for APAC exchanges and ensure compliance with the regulations of the relevant jurisdictions,

The Derivatives Clearing Operations team supports the post-trade activity of Societe Generale’s ETD, FX and OTCC business and services servicing clients including Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Corporations.

This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Client Facing MO manager in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily client money reconciliations & controls for APAC exchanges and ensure compliance with the regulations of the relevant jurisdictions.
Ensure all regional regulatory reporting is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
Identify, investigate and explore relevant internal or external data sources / datasets / technologies to assist with process improvement and data analysis.
