About the Job:
The Senior Business Analyst is pivotal in driving informed decision-making and optimizing operational performance for our company. The successful candidate will integrate business data to track departmental goals, identify deviations, and propose effective solutions. With a focus on data analysis and problem-solving, this role entails monitoring business fluctuations, conducting root cause analysis, and generating specialized reports to uncover opportunities for improvement. This position requires excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
● Establish and continuously optimize the key operating indicators and analysis system to provide insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Integrate the company's business analysis data, track the completion of each department's business goals, and conduct target deviation analysis to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
● Monitor business data fluctuations and anomalies, analyze the root causes, identify business problems and opportunities, and propose effective solution strategies to form specialized analysis reports.
● Provide monthly business analysis reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
● Organize and manage monthly business analysis meetings, including collecting and reviewing meeting materials, drafting meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.
● Demonstrate proficiency in business processes and systems such as supply chain, R&D, and marketing, identifying operational inefficiencies, and proposing internal control rectification plans to enhance process effectiveness.
● Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, monitor industry dynamics in real-time, refine relevant information, and provide valuable insights to support the development and implementation of the company's business plan.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
● 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
● Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
● Knowledge of supply chain, R&D, and marketing processes and systems, with a keen understanding of their interdependencies.
● Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and developments, demonstrating a proactive approach to research and analysis.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
