The Role

As part of the international expansion, our client is establishing footprint in Singapore and opening its first store in Orchard Road. The Shop Manager is a newly created position and is a crucial role in launching the business in the country from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Moutai retail store, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate record-keeping.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain the cash register accurately.
• Develop and implement in-store promotional activities and events to drive sales.
• Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the alcoholic beverages or luxury goods sector.
