HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Watch & Accessories Senior Manager is responsible for the development of Singapore and ASEAN markets on these 2 categories. Its key responsibility is to build and drive concrete action plans based on quantitative and qualitative analysis. These action plans should embrace each market singularity while complying with Maison global strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead strategic planning & action plans
o Be a key driving force in Cartier Watches & Accessories strategic plan definition
o Keep updated & monitor yearly Marketing calendar in close collaboration with our Strategic Planner
o Integrate strengths & weaknesses of each market and shape specific action plans accordingly
o Engage various stakeholders and demonstrate excellent project management skills to make plans come to life
· Monitor & report performance
o Conduct product performance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis through different angles (clients, cross product analysis, competitors, communication etc.)
o Estimate turnover and landing on a quarterly basis for the 2 product categories (LE management)
o Define and track KPI’s for each product launch including level of implementation across our different networks
o Monitor closely stock fulfilment with local Operation to maximize sales potential
o As part of your business analysis, monitor and report market competitor’s trends and activities
o Build complete action plan reports integrating KPI’s from all involved departments
· Manage product portfolio
o Assess and define Novelty sales potential based on key benchmark analysis, competitions and market needs (sales forecast)
o Collaborate with local Operations and central teams for sales forecast planning with the goal to achieve business target and ensure healthy visibility for all collections
o Identify and anticipate potential cannibalization within the range
o Anticipate and make arbitration for Special Sales, Numbered Limited Edition pieces or One Shot products
o Align assortment with merchandising team to rollout in most efficient networks
o Monitor local prices on the different markets & follow closely competitors
· Drive product knowledge & information
o Gather and diffuse product news & guideline on your categories
o Innovate and streamline communication towards our different internal audiences to improve global product knowledge
o Define training plans in collaboration with learning & development team to maintain a high standard of product and brand knowledge for all internal staff
· Manage W&A Assistant
o Lead and motivate the W&A assistant to reach Maison’s image and expectations
o Give clear goal to be able to focus on key priorities and reach objectives
o Identify strength and weaknesses and act as a coach to improve quickly the value of deliverables
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· You have at least 8 years of experience in marketing or sales
· You demonstrate the following technical skills:
o Excellent project management skills (certification would be a plus)
o Strong ability to understand and link quantitative and qualitative datas
o Result oriented mindset
o Ability to drive and onboard multiple stakeholders
o Excellent computer skills: Power BI, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
o Very rigorous and quick learner with a proactive approach
o First experience in the watchmaking industry a plus
o Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset, enthusiastic, and a team player
o A past experience in Luxury industry would be a plus
