Your background

Bank of America is seeking to expand and diversify their Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) capability with motivated and adaptable individuals from a range of different backgrounds and experience. This role is open to individuals with at least 3 years of Digital Forensics experience.

Required Background and Experience

• Identify, analyze, and present evidential data from workstation orientated systems, including but not limited to systems installed with Microsoft Windows; and
• Such candidates will have experience in investigating specific facets or workstreams of various incident scenarios/investigations as part of a broader DFIR/investigative team; and
• This particular type of candidate will have accumulated some form of generalist or broad knowledge in computing and networking, together with at least a generalist understanding of information security technologies, techniques, and processes.
• This candidate may also have led or started to lead a limited amount of incident scenarios/investigations from commencement to cessation, though not a requirement.

Desired Background and Experience

The Cyber Security Operation (CSO) team’s aim is to protect the bank and has an end-to-end view and influence over all security controls at the Bank. Digital Forensics (DF), which is part of CSO, is a reactive team that responds to events or incidents in order to identify and mitigate risk to the Bank. Digital Forensics purview encompasses a wide breadth of incidents, which includes but are not limited to third party breaches, determining data exfiltration and anything else in-between. The Digital Forensics team are well trained and comprise of individuals with a number of different backgrounds, which range from law enforcement, consulting and from within industry. The Digital Forensics team has a vested interest in taking members of the team to the next level. Job Description:

• You will be part of Storage Services team located across the Asia Pacific region. This team is the 1st level of Storage Engagement Services and is responsible for all storage related technology and project requests from line of business.
• This includes but not limited to initial scoping of requirements, deployment, data migration and provisioning.
• You will be acting as storage SME to provide solution that fulfil business requirements for the duration of the project engagement.

Bank of America has embarked on a multi-year transformation journey to replace its legacy payments platform with modern technology platforms. As part of the platform transformation, the bank is revamping its end-to-end ecosystem to improve operational & technological efficiency. The platform is being built in an ongoing and agile process to easily adapt to new technologies, integrate more tools, and provide a structure that can evolve over time. At the core of this transformation is the Global Payments Engine (GPE) which is running on the Finacle platform. Finacle software is a core banking product from Infosys.

The Delivery Lead will play a leadership role in the banking transformation program. This role will oversee the delivery of the core banking platform into the bank’s ecosystem. He/She will work with product teams, functional leads, technical leads, and vendor SMEs across works-streams (e.g. payments, trade finance) under the transformation program and will have direct accountability in ensuring that the platform is implemented in accordance to scope, cost, timeline, and quality expectations.

What you will do

• APAC Project Manager for International Strategy Program
• Responsible for APAC Project oversight
• Work closely with global PMO team
• Overall APAC oversight of Program Financials, Governance, Reporting & Delivery
• Work to fast paced timelines
• Work closely with regional stakeholders
• Run regional Program governance routines
• Work closely with the GBT APAC PMO team
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills and execution. Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
• Adherence to global project governance standards, documentation

Your background

• Experienced and dynamic Project Manager
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization
• Strong technology delivery capability, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving
• Agile planning and delivery experience would be beneficial
• Experience with project governance framework and routines
• Knowledge of Banking or Global Markets domain – Products and technology advantageous
• Ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders
• Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making
• Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup would be beneficial

At the core of this transformation is a vendor based Real-Time Payments platform. • Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization
• Strong technology, Business & Operational delivery capability, solution design & project execution
• Agile planning and delivery experience desirable
• Experience with project governance framework and routines
• Experience with senior global stakeholder & Regulator management
• Knowledge of Banking or Global Markets domain – Products and technology advantageous
• Good understanding of real-time payments and the technologies used to drive them
• Ability to drive discussions and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward
• Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making
• Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup would be beneficial
