Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and upkeep of Mosque facilities
• Conduct periodic inspection, and preventive and corrective maintenance as per contract agreement and/or schedules
• Capable in troubleshooting simple electrical and mechanical systems
• Liaise, supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors on repair and maintenance works including payment matters.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request pertaining to mosque facilities and/or equipment
• Manage a team of Maintenance Support Officers
• Work closely with Head if Department to prepare, review and propose annual budget and expenditures

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
• Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
• Certificate in Infocomm Technology (IT) would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Possess good time management skills and communication skills
• Able to work independently and a team player

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the mosque facilities to improve the comfort level of mosque congregants
• Ensure mosque equipment, furnitures and fittings are in good working order
• Maintain office and pantry cleanliness including wiping of cabinets, appliances , refrigerator etc.
• Provide support in the preparation and logistic needs of Mosque's events and programmes
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Reporting OfficerRequirements

Requirements

• Hardworking and physically fit
• Prior work experience in cleaning and/or mosque setting advantageous
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Teamplayer and service oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions in compliance with policies and procedures
• Administer the execution of donation collections and petty cash management
• Provide general administrative support for effective mosque operation
• Handle customer service duties in the absence of Corporate Support Officer
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and management.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Accounting or relevant working experience in a similar administrative/finance role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office applications is preferred
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, disciplined, able to work independently and a team player
• Able to work on weekends to support occasional mosque events and/or programmes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and design all marketing collaterals for the mosque including posters, banners, video productions and livestream broadcasts
• Develop, create and edit both onsite and off-site video shoots for publication and dissemination
• Plan and implement suitable and timely marketing strategies in promoting the mosque’s products and services
• Manage all online platforms of the mosque including websites and various social media platforms
• Manage online queries
• Assist in drafting the annual marketing plan and budget

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Creative Design, Communications on any related field
• At least one year experience in similar field
• Possess good technical knowledge in design and/or video editing software
• Passionate in digital marketing and branding
• Good communication and organisational skills

• Execute and organise family development programmes that focuses on strengthening family unit from marriage solemnisation and preparation to coaching, counselling, parenting skills to other life skills
• Establish networking and partnership with relevant agencies and organisations to garner support for effective implementation of family development programmes
• Oversee the operation of mosque’s Social Development programmes and Marketing Communication strategies to promote mosque’s programmes and services.

Requirements

• Degree from recognised instituition
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferably ARS certified
• Good communication, social media and IT skills
• Self driven
