Job responsibilities include:

• Maintainance and repair of foundation equipment including but not limited to BC Cutter, Bored Pile, Grab Machine, Hydraulic Grab Machine, Crawler Crane, Desander, and Filter Press in the service centre.
• Equipment from Catapilar, Liebherr Cummins, Hino and Benz.
• Attend to regular preventive maintenance of the equipment on site.
• Must be physically fit to carry material or parts weighing 20kg
• Experience in foundation works will be an advantage.
• Having Driving license

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and leading design consultants.
• Supervising design consultants and design engineers.
• Reviewing outcomes of design consultants.
• Assessing the risk of geological hazards and ensuring any factors affecting engineering works are identified and managed.
• Preparing reports for management to check design progress and identify risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• With a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board, or a qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer. Alternatively, a recognized degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer.
• More than 5 years of experience in Design and working on LTA projects.

• Site supervision for diaphragm wall, barrette pile, cross wall and bored pile construction works.
• Setting up the trench cutter desander and silo plant in construction site.
• Installation of pipeline to supply stability liquid for earth work.
• Supervise the usage of heave machinery and equipment for site requirement according to construction schedule.
• Control the stabilizer chemical and disposal plan.
• Must have deep knowledge in diaphragm wall construction and mechanical of heave machinery & equipment especially trench cutter system, desander plant etc.
• More than 5 year experience in diaphragm wall construction with LTA project.
• More than 10 year experience for construction site especially in foundation works.
• Able to work in constructions site working environment.

• Operating of Grab Machine to excavate underground soil and rock.
• Involved in assembling and dismantling of Grab Machine throughout the whole project.
• Daily maintenance of Grab Machine.
• Require crawler crane license.
• Must have deep knowledge in mechanical of the Grab Machine.
• 5 years foundation working experiences in operating of Grab Machine in LTA project.

Job Description:

• Review, draft, and provide legal advice on various types of construction contracts, including agreements with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Resolve legal issues and provide interpretation of contracts during negotiations.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice and counsel to management and project teams on a wide range of legal matters relevant to construction projects.
• Advise project teams on contract interpretation and ensure compliance throughout the duration of projects.
• Offer guidance and legal support in the resolution of disputes, claims, and potential litigation arising from construction projects.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel, if necessary, to represent the Company in legal proceedings.
• Prepare and maintain various standard agreements, such as supplier and customer agreements.

Qualifications:

• Background in Law and admission to the Singapore Bar with 10 years’ of experience in construction law and dispute resolution.
• A strong understanding of construction contracts, with previous in-house experience in the construction sector, would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
