About The Role

1. Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment, care planning, and interventions to youths at risk and their families.
2. Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders to implement a holistic intervention and supportive care plan for youths and families.
3. Conduct and facilitate psycho-education group sessions according to the curriculum provided to youths.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Candidate possesses minimum Degree/postgraduate in Social Work or Counselling.
2. Relevant work experience of at least 2 years with youths and families is preferred.
3. Preferably trained in FAST (Family and Adult Support Tool) and/ or YLS/CMI (Youth Level of Service/ Case Management Inventory).
4. Knowledge and ability to case assess, engage, and carry out intervention plans in a timely manner.
5. Be able to work with clients in time-based programs to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Good team player with interpersonal skills in working with youth

• Plan, coordinate and support in executing programmes conducted by FAM@FSC. This may include providing administrative and logistical support to meet clients' needs, manage end-to-end programme operations and review programmes’ SOPs regularly.
• Perform record-keeping duties and administrative work such as updating of programme-related data and reports.
• Assist in planning and execution of outreach activities such as publicity of programmes.
• Partner with different stakeholders to meet prorgrammes’ needs.
• Process claims related to programmes’ expenses.
• Provide general administrative support to FAM@FSC team.

* Support Finance Department in both Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
