We are seeking a Demonstration specialist to join our team at Konica Minolta - Based in our new Customer experience centre
As a Demonstrations Specialist at Konica Minolta, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional demonstration experiences to clients, showcasing the advanced capabilities and features of our print hardware and solutions portfolio. You will conduct live demonstrations, ensuring a detailed understanding of our product's functionalities and benefits, and tailoring each demonstration to address specific client needs. There will be a high level of client engagement during and after demonstrations, you will answer questions, provide technical insights, and gather valuable feedback. This feedback will be documented and shared with the sales and product development teams to drive continuous improvement. Your role will also involve close collaboration with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly, as well as effective communication with the product development team to relay client feedback and suggest potential product enhancements.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all print hardware products, including specifications, operation, and maintenance.
- Clear communication skill written and verbal
- Previous experience in a similar role within the print hardware industry or a related technical field.
- Experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery or equipment.
- Proven track record of successful product demonstrations and client engagement.
