Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Family Admin / Business Manager.
• Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to members of the Family Office including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings, claims submission, making travel arrangements and personal matters.
• Planning and executing family activities, including helper/driver management,
• Translation of correspondence from English to Chinese vice versa.
• Involve in company’s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
• Preparation of monthly / ad-hoc reports as required.
• General Office management duties and Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills Required

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the firm and client, acting as the investment representative or Advisor for clients.
• Understanding each client's wealth objectives and investment requirements
