Are you an experienced Senior Administrator? Are you looking for a Part Time role, working 3 days a week? Look no further! Due to business expansion, a very successful manufacturing company based in Bury is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Executive Assistant on a part time basis. Working hours will be 21 hours per week over 3 days. Then role includes a salary of GBP18,000 (GBP30,000 pro rata) with benefits including 31 days holiday (inc BH), bonus, pension scheme and much more.

What will you be doing as a Senior Administrator?

Working alongside the EA, you will be providing support to the senior management team. Duties will include:

• Diary management for a team of directors
• Typing of correspondence and taking minutes
• Screening of all calls and problem solving
• Dealing with the email inbox
• Organising events, travel and transport
• Organising celebrations, and gifts and staff and clients
• Supporting at the yearly exhibition trade show
• Booking of meeting rooms and organising refreshments
• Support with facilities including liaising with contractors to carry out general maintenance and upkeep

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Strong secretarial, PA , EA or Administration experience
• Experienced to an intermediate level using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to manage own workload, prioritise and have strong organisational skills
• Strong IT skills
• Minute taking experience and being comfortable with the SLT team
• Able to have discretion and confidentiality
• Able to work to deadlines
• Must be a driver and have own transport

We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Audio Typist to start work immediately on a permanent basis. The firm cover a wide range of disciplines and would be keen to find someone with previous Conveyancing experience. Audio typing will be the main bulk of the work and we would need the person to have previously worked as a legal secretary. Knowledge of working with a case management system is desired but not essential. The hours will be Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm.
