A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The Chief Security Analyst (East) is the senior dedicated security Information & Analysis (I&A) leader responsible for directing and leading the security I&A team based in Asia. They will oversee the delivery of market-leading, audience-centric security I&A content, leveraging Global Threat Monitoring Centres for high-priority threat to life alerts and the Lead Analysts for North Asia, South Asia and Southeast Asia as well as Security Managers in Manila and Bangkok for long-term forecasting and analysis. They will collaborate with the Security Director, Assistance Asia to ensure assessments also inform internal operational planning and decision-making in both business-as-usual and crisis scenarios.

The Chief Security Analyst (East) will collaborate with the Security Director I&A and Assistance in Sydney to ensure situational awareness of high-priority threat to life security incidents globally during Sydney’s Global Threat Monitoring Centre operating hours, and effectively handing over with London’s Global Threat Monitoring Centre. Equally, the Chief Security Analyst (East) will ensure client and internal awareness of security events in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific and the corresponding outlook and advice by guiding the relevant Lead Security Analyst.

Beyond the regional remit, the Chief Security Analyst (East) will deliver I&A on key global issues, ensuring consistency of analysis and overall quality of delivery in collaboration with the Chief Security Analyst (West). The Chief Security Analyst (East) will have an interface with Security Director I&A in Dubai and the Senior Travel Risk Manager China to ensure the appropriate depth and breadth of coverage of client-centric security issues in the full eastern hemisphere region.

The Chief Security Analyst (East) oversees and manages key components of International SOS’ I&A capability to ensure continuous improvement and development in line with the Group’s strategic ambitions. This will include training security professionals in the eastern hemisphere; building best-in-class security analysis trainings and guidance briefings for junior and senior staff; owning, updating, maintaining, creating and disseminating security I&A Standard Operating Procedures; the implementation and continuous improvement of relevant global security I&A processes, as well as collaborating closely with the multimedia and editorial teams focused on providing a world-class, digital-first, audience-centric content proposition.

The Chief Security Analyst (East) closely collaborates with the relevant Content Services Business Unit leadership personnel from the Medical I&A, Content Operations, Research, Multimedia & Editorial teams, in both crisis and business as usual phases, ensuring the highest standards of security I&A service delivery. They will also support commercial engagements, including as an informed speaker for marketing and media opportunities, and support bespoke client consulting or managed service opportunities when possible.

Key Responsibilities

Core Client & Internal Support:

• Direct high-quality business as usual and crisis security I&A output, inclusive of analytical line, advice and outlook, in internal communication and across the full spectrum of client-facing deliverables.
• Deliver supervision and guidance to regional security I&A staff, including 24/7 escalation support. Participate in on call structure.
• Directly inform planning led by the Security Director, Assistance on regional operational preparedness. Oversee the Priority Information Requirements and I&A components of risk assessments for the deployment of Incident Management Team(s) to provide on-the-ground support to clients or regional assistance.
• Ensure implementation of the Global Quality Management Program across regional I&A output, and that all standards are met in internal documentation and process. Oversee professional feedback for deliverables relating to North America, building both I&A and risk management best practice in addition to subject matter knowledge of the region in the team.
• Collaborate with managers of Global Threat Monitoring Centres to ensure effective resource allocation between regional and global teams across all levels of the intelligence cycle, including direction, overseeing collection, processing, analysis and dissemination, personally leading where required.
• Collaborate with SDIA DXB and the Senior Travel Risk Manager China to ensure consistency and relevance of coverage of security issues, initiating changes and adjustments where appropriate. Provide ad hoc senior support to regions, such as leading the drafting and/or direction of major or cross-regional reports with a particular focus on China analysis.
• Collaborate with relevant senior stakeholders in the Aviation & Maritime, Medical I&A, Research, Multimedia and Editorial teams, in addition to global and regional security leadership to ensure excellent I&A output and operational planning, in addition to overall economy of effort and efficiency.
• Create and update the security I&A training suite and best practices for security I&A professionals with a focus on Lead Security Analysts and SDIAs.
• Own the updating, maintenance, and creation where needed, of security I&A Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Global Reporting Thresholds, working with the Chief Security Analyst (West), Medical I&A professionals as well as the wider Content, Researcher & Editorial team. Owning the communication and cascading of these guidance documents and processes to the regional teams and troubleshooting where required.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement of I&A tools and knowledge management systems, supporting with the production of business cases as required.
• Represent Security I&A in internal forums/projects as part of the wider Content Services Business Unit priorities and projects.

Sales & Marketing Support, Consulting Delivery (<20%)

• Represent International SOS in relevant commercial engagements (key client meetings, marketing or media events, security industry associations or forums).
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in the articulation of International SOS’ services and in providing senior professional expertise in client or public facing forums, including live and recorded webinars or media.
• Oversee delivery of bespoke I&A consulting (where capacity allows).

Leadership

• Deliver supervision and guidance to regional security I&A staff, including 24/7 escalation support. Participate in on call structure.
• Professional management of the Lead Security Analysts in Delhi and collaboration with relevant managers to ensure career development and succession planning for all Lead Security Analysts in the eastern hemisphere in line with International SOS leadership values.
• Build and maintain operational and commercial relationships across the International SOS business, key clients and third-party security I&A partners or vendors.

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Lead Security Analyst, North Asia (Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia) is responsible for the day-to-day direction, guidance and analytical line for the region across all internal and client-facing deliverables, in line with the direction set by the Chief Security Analyst East and in alignment with the Security Director, Assistance in line with global standards.

The Lead Security Analyst will be the regional analytical lead for North Asia and will work closely with other Lead Security Analysts and relevant Medical I&A leads on issues of overlap, in addition to being closely integrated into the day-today security assistance operation, ensuring that operational planning and decision-making in both business as usual and crisis scenarios are being fed by, and aligned with, the analytical position and outlook.

The Lead Security Analyst is expected to have an understanding of and interest in shaping – in collaboration with the Content Services professional community - how I&A should be delivered and presented to clients in an audience-centric way across the multimedia digital space.

The Lead Security Analyst will be one of the key company spokespeople in support of Sales and Marketing teams on issues pertaining to North Asia.

The Lead Security Analyst will also play a key role in providing on-the-job training and support for the Security Specialists, I&A in region and in the Global Threat Monitoring (GTM) Centres. They will also be part of regional and global projects to enhance our I&A collection, analysis and dissemination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Core Client & Internal Support:

· Ensure International SOS’ analytical position and outlook on North Asia is clear to its clients and internal stakeholders in order to inform timely decision-making.

· Ensure the Security Specialist, I&A team is given appropriate collection direction for North Asia on a standing and dynamic basis.

· Ensure the Security Specialist, I&A team has appropriate numbers and diversity of sources for intelligence collection, developing action plans for the Security Director, I&A where appropriate.

· Ensure International SOS’ operational posture and planning for North Asia is taken in full view of the security outlook.

· Oversee functional feedback to regional and GTM Security Specialists for deliverables relating to North Asia, building both subject matter knowledge of the region in the team as well as intelligence analysis and writing best practice.

· As required, deliver safety and security trainings and workshops – especially those focused on North Asia – as well as engage in client specific security I&A consultancy tasks as required.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of the Singapore strategic and tactical marketing plans, business initiatives and special Group projects.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, Singapore the Digital Marketing Specialist will help the business attain its new business, extension, utilization and retention targets. The Digital Marketing Specialist will use best practices in campaign development, creative concepts development, marketing automation and analytics to help drive revenue & support the retention and extension targets of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery and day to day management of Singapore marketing plan

• Support the Head of Marketing and Communications by delivering on the marketing plans for New Business, Retention and Account Extension initiatives

Digital Marketing and Automation

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Facilitate professional, high standard international health assistance services pertaining to international travelers and expatriates overseas for International SOS (Intl.SOS) clients globally. As a key member of the Assistance Team, leverage medical experience and professional knowledge to provide appropriate solutions to Intl. SOS members.

Medical Healthcare Coordination (Assistance)

• Receive calls from various international locations relating to requests for medical assistance abroad and ascertain the assistance requirements of Intl.SOS clients.
• Facilitate the provision of assistance through referral to accredited medical and technical providers at various international patient locations abroad.
• Collect as appropriate medical and other relevant health information from international sources and collate updates for Intl.SOS clients.
• Professionally communicate verbally and/or in writing to relevant parties/clients at various international locations the progress of medical assistance cases.
• Provide guidance regarding the operational planning and progress of international medical assistance cases.
• Assist to maintain the Intl.SOS medical transportation standards in facilitating the logistical arrangements of international medical transportations to and from overseas locations.
• Escalate as per protocol to the Medical Director Singapore or in his/her absence; the duty Medical Director and Corporate Assistance Department (CAD).

Client Support & Promotion

• Participate, under the direction of the Medical Director and General Manager/Marketing Manager in appropriate business development activities, explaining and promoting Intl.SOS’ services to prospective and existing clients.
• Assist in explaining International SOS medical services to prospective and existing clients as requested.

Network Partnership Development

• Collate information and conduct intermittent review of international medical providers to enhance the Intl.SOS network of medical providers and provide this to the Network Partnership department.

Training & Health Education

• Participate under the direction of the Medical Director and General Manager of Country and in consultation with the Marketing Manager in performing for Clients and potential Clients:

SPECIFIC SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Direct line management and leadership of a team of Healthcare Operations Manager to ensure all staff are appropriately developed and managed in a timely way. Set clear standards, plans and targets for the Healthcare Operations Executive to monitor their performance through regular supervision and identifying training needs as appropriate.

· To ensure a professional, customer and client focused service is consistently delivered by the operations teams.

· Oversee the allocation and progression of work for the Healthcare Operations Executive. This involves ensuring that cases are allocated to persons of appropriate capability and are processed within timeframes as per by Global Corporate standards.

· Act as a point of technical expertise and provide guidance and advice to the teams as and when required.

· Communicate with other Global Healthcare leaders to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.

· Encourage positive and productive working relationships between the medical teams and partner teams (Operations, Quality, Training, Assistance) as well as with relevant partner teams outside of the AC.

· Participate in ad-hoc projects, taking the lead where appropriate.

OPERATIONS TEAMS

· To work with the Assistance Operations managers, Regional and Global Medical Directors and Director of Nursing to ensure a seamless service in aspects of both medical and operational excellence, promoting positive working relationships and communication between the operational and medical teams.

· Regular review (min 6 monthly) of each of the operations platforms staffing models to ensure they best strategically support caseload. Under the guidance of the MD's and RMD, adjust staffing models to support case and quality standards. These activities will be undertaken to ensure regular review of headcount against case activity, contractual needs, business growth and staff attrition.

· Working together with the respective General Managers and HR business partners ensure appropriate line management support is in place for annual leave, illness concerns, performance management and professional development as well as providing recommendations for headcount based on these parameters.

· Key decision maker for nursing recruitment initiatives to ensure the right staff are hired for the right roles. Able to support other areas of business as required.

STAFF SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT

· Key accountability for ensuring that respective teams are given sufficient support to enable them to actively focus on their personal and professional development. This will include regular motivational and developmental feedback with the provision of objectives to maximize staff performance

· Ensure that any incidences of staff under-performance are identified and acted upon expediently. This will include escalation to the MD and RMD, feedback to the staff member, implementation of performance improvement plan (PIP) if needed and appropriate training and support.

· Maintain appropriate documentation of any actions taken regarding specific individual performance and address any disciplinary or grievance matters in accordance with International SOS's policies and procedures.

· Ensuring staff attendance at medical team meetings and daily transmissions/handovers and to search for new ideas for training and staff motivation.

· Encourage staff participation in additional projects within the Assistance/Support Centres.

· Overall accountability for the Mentoring programme for new starters and the on boarding process for new team members.

· Ensure staff are familiar with all relevant International SOS policies and procedures and that policies and procedures are followed at all times.

CASE MANAGEMENT AND ESCALATION

· Work with the MD's and RMD to drive efficiency and the provision of professional, customer focussed medical assistance to beneficiaries as per contractual requirements.

· Ability to provide case direction, support and guidance across to the Healthcare Operations Executive.

· Ensure that case management escalation occurs as per International SOS protocols, and that their teams are delivering effective case management to members.

· Flexibility to provide case load support and expertise whilst managing own workload.

· Ensure that the MD's and RMD are fully updated on any important issues and potentially problematic situations, both related to case management and to staffing concerns.

QUALITY AND TRAINING

· Strategic direction and strong interface with LDQ to regularly review material and deliverables for the nursing teams. Identification of trends and analysis to determine required support.

· To use initiative to implement ways of improving quality and efficiency in a proactive way.

· Overall accountability for the training and induction of the operations team along with the MD's and RMD.

· Ownership and direction for all operations led projects across the Healthcare Operations platforms.

· Work with the MD's and RMD to oversee all quality initiatives, and to work together to ensure clinical governance is maintained.

· Participate in the service recovery process for those cases where Intl.SOS quality measures were not maintained or based on feedback from external sources.

· Oversee site survey assignments for the operations team.

The position of Contracts Manager (International Hub) will provide advice, support and direction to the ANZ, H3S Middle East, Northern Europe and Singapore sales organisations in two key areas:

1) Commercial Contract Management, and

2) Strategic Pricing Support.

You will be required to champion best practice ensuring procedures are of a high standard, as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external contacts. Dedication to performance against KPI’s is critical for success in this role.

This role involves engaging with HR professionals, managers, and senior management, including general managers, to encourage participation in upcoming health information sessions within their organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking the lead in developing and implementing impactful promotional strategies to ensure maximum participation, attendance, and satisfaction in our programme.

B. Key Responsibilities

Account and Relationship Management

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Health Promotion Board (HPB) organization to ensure the ongoing success of the current programme and explore additional engagement opportunities.

· Take ownership of Programme engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting regular assessments, and providing reports on the success of Programme implementation.

· Establish connections with other government agencies, beyond the current scope, to develop additional programmes and explore partnership opportunities.

Collaboration with Company Stakeholders:

· Engage with HR professionals, managers, senior management, and general managers of partner companies to spark interest in our Health Promotion Programme.

· Take charge of driving participant acquisitions through focused outreach and engagement efforts. The Programme Manager in Promotion & Partnership will work collaboratively with companies to cultivate partnerships and support the achievement of programme goals.

Promotion Strategy Development:

· Formulate comprehensive promotion strategies aimed at increasing awareness and interest in the health information sessions among Companies.

· Utilize various communication channels such as email, social media, newsletters, and company intranets to maximize the visibility and adoption of the programme.

Content Promotion:

· Actively disseminate engaging promotional content, including press releases, posters, videos, and social media posts, to effectively convey the benefits and objectives of the health information sessions.

· Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure that messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with the goals of the programme.

Event Coordination Support:

· Assist in the planning and coordination of health information sessions by working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and impactful event.

· Implement strategies to boost attendance, encourage active participation during the sessions, and enhance overall attendee satisfaction.

C. Job Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience in Public Relations, Promotion, or Marketing roles, with a focus on employee engagement programmes.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

· Result oriented, displaying drive, and motivation to achieve Programme Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ability to identify immediate action plans when performance deviates from plan and execute corrective measures.

· Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging promotional content.

· Event planning and coordination experience is a plus.

· Experience with health and wellness initiatives and Singapore Government Agencies is advantageous.

· Fluent in English (oral and written)

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The successful candidate shall work in partnership with payroll team, identifying data inaccuracy and support project implementation requirement.

B. Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist in all aspect of the monthly payroll, CPF data input and checks.
• Responsible for identifying data inaccuracy between the two payroll systems data sources.
• Work closely with the payroll team to support all project related activities.
• Any ad doc duties assigned.

Required Work Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll, Compensation and Benefit matters or data analytics
• Proficient in Excel.
