• Proven experience with WebLogic (11g, 12c, 14c), WebSphere (7.x, 8.x, 9.x), IBM MQ (9.x), JBoss (7.4), Tomcat, and Apache (2.x).
• Expertise in clustering, load balancing, and failover for middleware systems.
• Solid understanding of security implementation, including global security setup via LDAP, SSL/TLS configurations, and cert management.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, and project-specific in-built tools.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure preferred, Azure-104 certified).
• Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, HP QC, Putty, WinSCP, Jenkins, and Oracle Toad.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation techniques for middleware management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in high-pressure production environments.

Qualifications:

• Masters in Computer Science or Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience .
• Azure-104 certified is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive process improvements across network operations. Develop detailed process maps, define and track KPIs, and execute changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Network Optimization: Leverage advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze network data and implement solutions to optimize network cells
• Network Visualization: Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure the accurate simulation and visualization of network performance to support proactive decision-making
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis tools like MySQL to track key metrics, analyze performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Leadership & Strategic Planning: Demonstrate leadership by guiding cross-functional teams through process design projects. To support organizational goals, provide strategic insights based on data analysis and process performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and communication standards. Experience with network performance monitoring tools and techniques
• Process Management: Deep understanding of end-to-end process design, KPI development, and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead process design projects from conception through execution
• Telecom Systems: Knowledge of telecom systems, including 4G/5G technologies and LTE
• Data Analysis: Proficient in using data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, MySQL, Tableau, and R to track metrics, derive insights, and drive decision-making
