ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Intern, HRBP to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enjoy working with numbers, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR analytics reports
• Play a pro-active role in analyzing HR data, support to assist with queries from stakeholders including liaison with finance, management, regulators, auditors etc

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Formal Methods in AI to lead our advanced AI initiatives. This role demands a Masters / PhD in Mathematics or Computer Science, with experience in design and implementation of neural networks, beyond finetuning/adapting LLMs. The candidate will have used different machine learning architectures models to solve different real-world and hard engineering problems, developed models for various problem areas (e.g. vision, language, graphs), and also trained them with various techniques (e.g. value models, reinforcement learning, search strategies). Furthermore, a robust understanding of dependent type theory and formal logic, along with proficiency in functional programming languages will be incredibly valuable to guide research and development efforts. Reporting to the VP of AI, the Head of AI Research will spearhead theoretical advancements and translate them into practical applications.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a senior/ research associate to join the Analytical and Mass Spectrometry team to ensure the delivery of high-quality LC-MS data for the development of internal programs. This will be a permanent role for the right candidate with ample opportunity to grow within the company. The successful candidate will work with CMC, drug discovery and development teams to support product development efforts as well as to advance our platform methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently run a variety of analytical methods for ADC and antibody samples on a day-to-day basis including but not limited to HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, LC-MS and potency assays.
• Perform assay or equipment troubleshooting when required
• Establish and develop strong analytical assay knowledge with a view to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure accurate and on time delivery of results

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML expert with a combination of Engineering/Applied Research experience to help us develop our foundational logical reasoning AI system. You will have worked in AI/ML for several years to have experienced, researched/applied different neural network architectures to various problems (e.g. natural language, vision, graphs, symbolic, formal domains), using several model training and optimization techniques (e.g. value models, reinforcement learning, search strategies), and across modalities (text, audio, video). A strong track record in graphs (graph theory, GNNs, GraphML, etc.), and ML-based code synthesis and/or validation will be invaluable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute panning strategies using antibody phage display for antibody engineering and discovery
• Construction of antibody phage display libraries for the engineering of antibody attributes
• Develop and execute high-throughput assays for antibody screening and characterization utilizing ELISA and flow cytometry
• Plan and conduct the conversion of phage antibody fragments to recombinant antibodies using standard molecular biology techniques and CHO-based antibody expression
• Adapt new methods to existing procedures and modify current experiments through scientific knowledge and intuition
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all laboratory work and experiments in electronic files
• Contribute to the overall safety, operations and organization of the laboratory

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc/MSc (with 5+ years experience) OR PhD in Biology or a related field, with experience in a Molecular Biology or Immunology research laboratory
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in panning approaches using phage display
• Experienced in antibody-based binding assays (ELISA and flow cytometry)
• Strong experience in molecular biology technologies (cloning and sequencing)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Periodic financial closing and reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually), ensure accurate and timely submission of group financial reports;Preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet schedules

We are looking for a Research Associate, Animal Sciences to join the Animal Sciences Pharmacology team. The job function includes testing and optimizing of novel antibody therapies in various animal models. It is an exceptional opportunity to translate basic discoveries to the clinic. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform duties in accordance with animal welfare regulations, Association for Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC), and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) guidelines
• Support team of scientists via meticulous execution of planned studies in a timely manner
• Handling animals with proficiency using species-specific techniques
• Perform routine laboratory research activities such as: daily observations of animal health, collection of biological specimens from animals for testing upon requests of scientific team
• Perform advanced laboratory research activities on variety of animal species such as: obtaining blood, bone marrow, and tissue samples, immunization, administration of pharmaceuticals, anaesthesia and euthanasia

We are seeking a versatile developer with a strong background in mathematics and/or computer science to develop new algorithms to improve reasoning and truth verification utilizing deep learning and graph theoretic concepts. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge these fields coupled with an understanding of automated theorem provers and python frameworks for deep learning.

• Manage and deploy codebases on local HPC or cloud-based resources
