Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an HR & L&D Advisor or HR Advisor who has a wealth of experience delivering face to face training on HR best practice.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management.
• Ideally qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
• You must have a full clean driving licence and your own transport.

• Complete sound insulation testing for the purpose of Part E compliance.
• Contribute to the acoustic input, data analysis, predictions, and 3D modelling on a range of projects; using CadnA, CATT, INSUL
• Complete site visits to make acoustic measurements and observations.
• Conducting noise and vibration assessments for a variety of projects.
• Developing and implementing noise control strategies.
• Preparing technical reports and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
• Post-registration qualification relevant to functional speciality i.e. Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant qualification [for scrub leads].
• ENB 998 and/or mentorship course.
• Approved / recognised anaesthetic course.
• ILS.
• Orthopaedic skill
• Mentorship qualification
• ILM3
• Previous experience working within an acute healthcare environment.
• Previous experiencing managing and leading a clinical team.
• Proficiency in two out of the three theatre clinical areas required Anaesthetics/Recovery/Scrub.

Hays are working with a local client based in Kempston that require a Finance Assistant to join them for an ASAP start a 3 month temporary assignment.

Your new role
This role will involve providing financial and administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices and all income and expenditure,
Inputting transactions into the financial system, updating of the financial records and maintaining office supplies.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will have experience within a Finance team working knowledge of Purchase Ledger processes, a good level of Excel and spreadsheet knowledge, excellent attention to details and written verbal and communication skills.

An automotive re-manufacturer is currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their ever-growing team. The company has been supplying major OEMs for more than 4 decades. Your new role
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be expected to maintain and improve the efficiency, development and progress of the manufacturing process lines and facilities. Working closely with other technical professionals, you'll improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of machine breakdowns and provide input to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes. You will be reporting to the Commercial Engineering Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Maintenance Engineer role, you will have excellent design and manufacturer skills like welding and general fabrication, able to manufacture parts on manual machine tools, i.e. Lathe, Vertical Mill etc. You will also have knowledge of engineering materials to allow selection of appropriate materials. You will also need to have the ability to read engineering drawings, knowledge of programming and using CNC Machines would be preferred.

Upon securing the Maintenance Engineer role, you'll be offered a salary of up to £37,000; dependingUpon your experience, in addition to your salary, you'll also receive a numberOf benefits.
