Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
• Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Leader / Store Leader 2/Assistant Store Leader as needed.
• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.

With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities.
