Objective:

The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain function within our business. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics processes, production management, last mile management, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from production to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage supply chain, including production and last mile with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain function and support the growth objectives of the business.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including production, last mile management, in-house fleet and warehouse staff.
• Inventory management, planning and forecasting for the replenishment & supply chain strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, and Finance, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address issues and drive performance improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain function, and recommend strategies to adapt to these changes.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization, to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to supply chain operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the selection and implementation of supply chain management systems and technologies to support business growth and efficiency goals.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Sound knowledge and experience in supply chain management and operations.
• Leadership and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking skills: a strategic thinker, with commercial acumen to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Able to turn strategies into tactical plans which can give better results

The Role:

As a brand coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing brand strategies, media buying co-ordination and influencer marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Agency day-to-day co-ordination and collaboration with cross functional teams for brand consistency.
• Established local media connections – Malls, OOH, DOOH and radio preferred.
• Ensuring creative visual and copy quality in communication with all stakeholders across allocated channels.
• Leading brand consistency of creative abiding by FNP’s brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs,and opportunities for growth.
• Execute branding strategies with end-to-end alignment.
• Identify and build relationships with top-tier influencers and content creators.
• Plan and execute strategic influencer campaigns, including content collaborations, brand ambassador programs, and sponsored activations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Proven 2-3 years of working experience in brand co-ordination with agency in Singapore.
• Strong skills in communications, media relations, writing, message development and reputation management.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing.
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized — able to successfully prioritize across multiple projects.
• Understanding of domestic media market.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mind.
• Well aware of ATL and BTL.
• Upto date with latest trends and marketing practice.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate with different departments (florists, dispatch, procurement, etc) internally for all operations matter to achieved desired results.
• Ensure QC on products (Bouqets,hampers,etc) going out
• To provide support to improve and manage the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Company’s direction specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and planning.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, sales and cost study to Management.

What you need

• Preferably with 3-5 years of related experience in operations (E-Commerce, Retail, F&B etc.)
• Self-motivated with strong personal and social skills
• Must be an enthusiastic, committed, highly motivated, creative, driven
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Numeric ability is essential
• Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Schedule

• 5/6 day work week (will include weekends & PH as we are a service industry)
• Rotational shift work (7.30am-4.30pm, 9am - 6pm, 12-9pm) with 1 hr break
• Located in an industrial estate

Responsibilities:

· Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.

· Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.

· Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

· Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.

· Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

· Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

· Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.

· Recruit and train new employees.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

· Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.

· An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.

· Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Role -

· Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.

· Coordinate with inter department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.

· Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.

· Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.

· Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.

· To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirements and skills -

· Possess of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.

· At least 3 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.

· Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities and able to work independently.

· Strong analytical and good time management and delegation of responsibilities.

· Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
