We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Implementation Intern to join our European Implementation Team at Enterprise Mobility European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

You will be exposed to all aspects of the implementation process from account set up and ongoing project management to delivering a smooth service transition.
Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of the market space and our products and services across the globe with a focus on the UK and Ireland
• Project managing the successful set up of new domestic and international customers, working within strict deadlines
• Establishing clear lines of communication between the customer and Enterprise Holding's operations, working both remotely and face to face with customers
• Trouble shooting and problem solving for new and existing customers
• Liaising with all relevant internal departments to help deliver required solutions and contract compliancy
• Working with our Implementation Specialists and Senior Implementation Specialists to gain a holistic understanding of the implementation process at a top multi-national brand
Qualifications
• Must be a current university student looking to undertake an industrial placement year; area of study should be Business Administration, Project Management, or similar
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• You have effective communication skills – both verbal and written – that enable you to speak with anyone and everyone who crosses your path. Clearly communicating messages, thoughts, and ideas to others.
• Organized and detail oriented. You demonstrate a strong attention to detail, thoroughly reviewing information for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborative. You work well with a diverse group of individuals. Fostering a supportive team dynamic in an environment of camaraderie.
• Self-motivated and disciplined. You will need to work as part of a team but also be able to complete tasks on your own.
• Executing. You take action to meet goals whilst following a business plan and instructions provided.
Additional Information
- Hours: 40 per week
- Salary: £20,000 per annum
- Duration: The internship will run from Summer 2025 for 12 months
- Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)
We accept applications for our Placement Programme from undergraduate university students that are due to take undertake a placement year starting summer 2025, regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our interviews based on how you perform against the competencies that are required for your role.
