Leasing/Tenant Management Responsibilities:

• Event Enquiries: Act as the point of contact for potential hirers seeking to book event spaces, addressing all enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Event Space Guidance: Provide detailed information on the usage of event spaces, including terms and conditions, ensuring the hirer understands the proper use and booking procedures.
• Venue Handover/Takeover: Be present for the handover and takeover of event spaces to ensure proper setup, adherence to policies, and client satisfaction.
• Booking Management: Administer the standard operating procedure (SOP) for the event spaces, ensuring the efficient use of resources and preventing double-booking. Oversee the electronic booking system for event spaces and shared meeting rooms.

Requirements:

• Lead by example and groom FM service delivery team in achieving maximum client satisfaction.

• Provide specific expertise for problem-solving of ACMV issues at site.
• Explore/introduce suitable/new technologies applicable for FM.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV trade
• A strong communicator
• Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults
• Good knowledge and experience in ACMV system
• Good experience in Inspection, T&C, handing & taking over of Mechanical/ ACMV system
• A good team player

Role Description

At ENGIE South East Asia, we set very ambitious target to help our Clients decarbonize through various pathways, i.e. energy efficiency projects, on-site utilities supply, district cooling systems, solar power generation, etc. And in every project we design, finance, build and operate the Assets with Performance guarantees over long terms.

As the O&M Engineer (Solar), you will be in charge of the Operations & Maintenance of ENGIE SEA PV Solar sites (70 by end of the year) in Singapore. ENGIE Energy Solutions is benefiting from a significant growth in the region and the number of assets under operation is rapidly increasing. This requires an industrialized, harmonized and coordinated monitoring process and liaison with the O&M teams to ensure that ENGIE SEA commitments towards its clients and ENGIE Group are met.

This role reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager which team sits under the Regional Operation Office. The role is based in Singapore and will require regular site visits within the country.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all O&M activities across the solar sites in Singapore
• Daily alarm monitoring and respond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team
• Schedule and carry out O&M activities – in coordination with O&M contractors and Client
• Track and supervise O&M CM/PM works.
• Participate and lead discussions with local clients, contractors, grid operators and associated stakeholders as required to ensure proper completion of assigned activities
• Work with the PV installation team and support on the PV system testing and commissioning as necessary
• Ensure that HSE standards are adhered to in operational sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields is required.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of professional experience. Prior experience in Solar O&M is preferred.
• Regular site travels within Singapore
• Basic understanding of solar systems and renewable energy principles.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of on-site work.
• Occasional weekend work for critical response to emergencies required.

• On the job training with a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• Assist on design of mechanical services such as Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Medical gas, Compress Air and Sanitary and Plumbing System etc.
• Presentation of design concept report to client.
• Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
• Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
• Assist to carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.
• Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following
• Site Assessment and Inspection
• Design development and co-ordination
• Involved in site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.
• Assist to Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.
