The Senior UX UI Designer plays a critical hands-on role and is responsible not only for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall customer journey but also for contributing to the strategic thinking and processes that underpin them.
Given the long-term commitment our projects or products require with clients, Designers are frequently tasked with leading specific parts of a work stream.
This role requires an excellent understanding and practice of UX/UI principles, sufficient knowledge of CX design, and an interest in service design. They must possess fundamental skills to manage both themselves and their projects effectively — leading others and delivering compelling work from inception to completion.
Moreover, excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with our clientele for both roles.
Additionally, they should be able to frequently travel to meet with key stakeholders, facilitate work sessions, establish rapport with internal client organization team members and technology team.
The Senior UXUI Designer ensures design standards remain consistently high, including a focus on delivering a good user experience across the digital ecosystem.
1. Responsibilities
1.1. User Research and Analysis:
1.1.1 Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
1.1.2. Analyze data and insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
1.2.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
1.2. UX/UI Design:
1.2.1Create user-centered design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
1.2.2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
1.2.3. Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
1.2.4. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms and products.
1.3 Interaction Design and Prototyping:
1.3.1. Design intuitive and interactive interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
1.3.2. Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
1.3.3. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and user interactions.
1.4. Usability Testing and Optimization:
1.4.1. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness.
1.4.2. Analyze usability test results and identify areas for improvement.
1.4.3. Optimize designs based on usability findings, user feedback, and industry best practices.
1.4.4 Create Design System and Documentation and design assets to support development teams.
1.4.5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistent design elements and patterns.
1.5. Customer Experience (CX) Design:
1.5.1. Collaborate with cross functioning teams and other stakeholders to align UX/UI design with overall Customer Experience strategies.
1.5.2. Implement design strategies that address customer needs and business goals.
1.5.3. Design and optimise customer interactions across various touch points to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
1.6. Service Design:
1.6.1. Collaborate in service blueprints mapping to understand the interactions between customers, employees, and processes.
1.6.2. Apply understanding of service design principles to enhance the overall service delivery and user experience.
1.6.3. Identify and address gaps in the service experience to enhance UX UI design solution.
1.7. Strategic Design Thinking:
1.7.1. Apply creative problem-solving techniques to develop innovative design solutions.
1.7.2. Lead and ensure that design solutions align with the overall business goals and strategies.
1.7.3. Use storytelling techniques to communicate the design vision and user journeys.
1.8. Client Relationship Management:
1.8.1. Understand client needs, goals, and expectations to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their requirements.
1.8.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
1.8.3. Navigate organizational dynamics to champion UX/UI design initiatives and advocate for user-centric approaches.
1.8.4. Proficiency in English and confidence to lead client presentations.

2.10. Excellent in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
In addition,
2.11. Excellent understanding and practice of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
2.12. Sufficient knowledge of CX design, and an interest in service design.
2.13. A strong emphasis on problem-solving skill with an ability to articulate ideas and design solutions.
2.14. Ability to navigate organizational relationships and champion UX/UI design initiatives.
2.15. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and confidence to lead client presentations.
2.16. Able to frequently travel to meet with key stakeholders , establish rapport with internal client organization team members and technology team.
3. Experience
3.1. Degree in specialised field, or equivalent
3.2. Proven experience +4 years as a senior UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and successful projects.
3.3. Track record working with award winning integrated agencies, managing projects across disciplines
