Job Description

• Your main role is to perform troubleshooting and repair works for the Refrigerated Container (Reefer) in PSA Terminals (including onboard vessel).
• Coordinate with Control Supervisor to perform VAS services (including of reefer monitoring & plug/unplug of sensitive reefer) when required.
• Carry out equipment improvement works to improve equipment reliability and safety according to manufacturers’ specifications.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Job Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Refrigeration/Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Team player and able to work independently
• Willing to work on shift and outdoors
• Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Class 3 driving license would be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports
• Full spectrum of financial and accounting functions
• Review the financial procedures, SOPs, internal controls and business processes
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST and tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures.
• Handle annual external audit, providing all the necessary clarifications and support to ensure a quality audit process in a timely fashion
• Handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR and G/L), including preparation of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules.
• Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances etc.
• Manage the Company's cash flow, cash projection and set action plans
• Perform internal audit on overseas joint venture partners, if required
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Directors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting with Good Working attitude
• 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal and ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all level business partners & external auditors
• Willing to travel
• Strong team player, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive and independent

Responsibilities:

· Mainly deliver goods to Ports and other locations.

· Safely and efficiently transport goods to designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.

· Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside.

· Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the assigned vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.

· Required to work on weekends and midnight ad-hoc urgent trips if required.

Requirements:

· Possess a Class 3/4 driver's license.

· Previous experience as a driver is preferred but not required.
