組織について

経営企画マネージャー/アナリストは、財務・経理（F&A）部門に所属し、M&A、資金調達、ERP導入、監査法人とのコミュニケーション、銀行などの金融機関とのパートナーシップなど、日常の経理・運営業務に加えていくつかのプロジェクトをリードしています。F&A部門は、CFO直下に8名のスタッフを擁するチームで構成されています。経営企画のポジションはFP&A担当者と共にCFOに直接報告する個人担当者としての役割を果たします。

職務内容

Responsibilities

About the position

This is a great opportunity for a self-starting, highly motivated hands-on professional to help manage Degica's IT resources.

You are going to provide crucial support to end users while ensuring the secure and effective management of user accounts, devices and IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in managing identity systems, MDM platforms, and productivity suites, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bilingual (Japanese and English) support and interaction with stakeholders, including vendors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for everything related to corporate IT.
• Manage and maintain our identity provider system, ensuring secure user accounts and seamless application and integration functionality with SAML and SSO.
• Administer and maintain the MDM system, overseeing a fleet of Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. Implementing automation to deliver software and configuration to them.
• Maintain automated device enrollment (ADE) between Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the MDM system.
• Create, test, and maintain Windows provisioning packages to ensure smooth device deployments.

• Provide support to the cybersecurity team on tasks related to user account management, endpoint security and making sure they are patched for vulnerabilities.

About the position

About the position

Both our KOMOJU application and engineering teams are growing rapidly, and we need a UI that can do likewise. We are looking for engineers skilled in frontend development to help us build a UI layer that brings as good of an experience to our developers as it does to our end users. As our customer base and offerings expands, you will help us build a platform that can handle payments on a global scale.

Our current application is built mainly in Vue.js, but we are looking for engineers with a strong foundation in the fundamentals (JS, S/CSS, HTML) and growth-mindset who can contribute regardless of frontend framework. We have a need for individuals who are passionate about making a great visual and interactive experience for end users as well as for those who know how to design great APIs and front end workflows for other developers.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with large legacy web applications and bringing them up-to-date. They will know how to build reliable, performant components that contribute to high-velocity, scalable frontend development, while also being able to make tradeoffs when needed and effectively communicate risk to our product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable frontend pages and components in a fast-paced environment
• Support teams through code review, developer surveys, and outreach
• Write tests that validate the stability and correctness of implementations
• Reduce tech debt and be able to plan for the long term—our engineers will have to live with the systems we create for some time.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role will be integral in providing legal support across various aspects of our business, ensuring compliance with Japanese laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Japanese law, excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and a keen interest in the fast-evolving fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to all departments within the company, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with relevant Japanese laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of payments, data protection, and consumer rights.
• Work closely with external legal counsel. 
• Assist in resolving disputes and handling litigation or other legal proceedings.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company, providing timely guidance on necessary adjustments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters relevant to their roles.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Japan (Bengoshi license required).
• 2 years of work experience in-house, in a law firm or similar 
• Previous in-house experience is not mandatory, but a passion for the fintech industry and a proactive attitude towards learning are highly valued.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of Japanese laws, including the Civil Code, Companies Act and Personal Information Protection Act.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the position

The Customer Engineering team at KOMOJU is quite unique - it's not about promoting our product or managing customer complaints. We do any engineering work that helps us better serve our customers. This involves debugging, contributing to code development, creating an internal knowledge base, writing customer communications, collecting feedback on procedures, and updating internal systems.

The primary responsibility of the Full-stack Customer Engineer is to promptly resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with the Customer Success team. As part of your regular duties, you will monitor our internal systems and promptly respond to any requests for technical assistance. In response to the request, you will engage in comprehensive engineering activities such as analysing logs, replicating customer-reported issues, debugging, implementing solutions, modifying our codebase, and enhancing our offerings.

About the position

We are looking for a backend engineer to help up build our platform to handle payments on a global scale. You will primarily work with Ruby, building out features using Ruby on Rails. As we’re still scaling our front-end team, you may be asked occasionally to work on front-end tasks as well.

As an engineer you will work collaboratively with the team, to define features and architectures, and then implement them in code. You will also provide constructive feedback through code reviews, as well as architecture discussions.

Our ideal candidate has experience working with large web applications. They will know how to build reliable, scalable, and performant web applications. Testing and code quality are also extremely important to us, so having a strong knowledge of testing and the different testing types is required.

Responsibilities

• Support team members through code review and architecture discussions
• Write tests that validate the stability and correctness of implementations
• Handle refactoring with both bravery and care

• Experience with building performant and scalable APIs, including DB performance
• Experience with integrating with third party APIs in a secure and fault-tolerant manner
• Strong understanding of OOP programming languages and patterns
