Job Description

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
• Serving the food & drinks to the correct guests/tables, making recommendations if needed
• Clearing of tables when meals are completed
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the establishment according to prevailing requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the establishment

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion
- Use Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Capture high-quality photos and/or videos using professional cameras and lighting equipment
- Editing and post-processing photos and/or videos to enhance their quality and create a cohesive look
- Understand and implement the principles of composition, lighting, and exposure to create visually appealing content
- Ideate, style, shoot, edit photos of the Company's products and services
- Familiarize with company’s products/services, target audience and competitors’ activities
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and meet the company's specifications and requirements
- Conceptualize creative design assets for new concepts or collaterals
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs
- Address unexpected challenges that arise
- Work independently as well as in a team
- Prepare files for print and media development
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers (e.g. printers) and team members on production matters and timeline

What you should have
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer

- Knowledge of using professional cameras and lighting equipment
- Ability to do post-production edits
- Passionate about design and creating/reimagining concepts for our target demographics
- An eye for detail, meticulous, a keen sense of aesthetics and strong understanding of typography and information design
- Keep up to date with popular culture, trends and digital innovations
- Conscientious and proactive
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro is a plus

Education:

Experience:

Kitchen Service:

To take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of the Head Chef & Group Executive Chef and attend training courses as identified.

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our visual merchandising, events and catering, and hamper management efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our catering offerings and ensuring our outlets are visually appealing, as well as managing hampers effectively. You will work closely with various teams to enhance our brand image and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Catering Expansion:

Plan and execute initiatives to expand the catering business by introducing platters, bento boxes, charcuterie boards, canapés, and other offerings.
Provide operational support for all event and catering-related inquiries, both on and off-site.
Oversee the entire process from preparation to delivery, including after-sales feedback.

2. Visual Merchandising:

Ensure all outlets are visually appealing and that products are displayed for optimal sales.
Train staff to maintain displays and adhere to merchandising standards.
Verify that communication materials are strategically placed and collaborate with the marketing team to improve visibility.
Source and purchase props for displays, including festive decor.

3. Hampers:

Curate and update hamper varieties available online and offline, tailoring options for corporate clients and festive occasions.
Support the sales of hampers and ensure timely execution from order to delivery, including after-sales feedback.
Negotiate with suppliers for pricing of hamper materials and suggest appropriate selling prices in line with the brand and competitors.

4. Other Duties:

Assist with additional tasks as assigned by your direct manager to support overall operational efficiency.
