**Job Responsibilities:**

1) Responsible for expanding fundraising channels, including but not limited to existing clients, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and other LP institutions and individuals.

2) Regularly communicate with investors, providing professional market and industry insights as well as handling post-investment management for funds.

3) Plan, organize, and execute activities such as roadshows and investor meetings related to fund products.

4) Build and maintain the CRM system.

**Qualifications:**

1) Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, marketing, or related fields.

2) At least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, with the ability to work independently.

3) Strong market analysis skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

4) Experience in event planning and execution, with preference given to candidates who have independently organized large-scale events.

5) Holding a financial certification is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, market research, and positioning of Web3 financial products.

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the discovery, evaluation, negotiation, execution, and management of Web3 FOF business and direct investment projects, ensuring investment returns and security.

Responsibilities:

Advisory & Monitoring

• To provide regulatory and compliance advice to business and control units.
• To develop and update Compliance policies and procedures due to regulatory development.
