Your main responsibility will be to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams with ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and all crockery and cutlery is prepared for the food & beverage team in order to ensure smooth running of service and provide a positive dining experience to our guests.

Some of the responsibilities include;

• Daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, staff canteens and kitchen corridors
• The washing of all kitchen equipment for the chefs and all crockery and cutlery for the restaurant service staff
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean during service times and that all walk through areas are kept clear of any obstruction and that floors are kept dry.
• To follow the cleaning schedules as instructed – to sign cleaning schedules daily to provide due diligence that cleaning has been undertaken.

• Keep all store areas clean and tidy ensuring floors are swept and mopped
• The storing of all food deliveries as instructed on a daily basis ensuring that new stock received is rotated with old stock
• Communicate effectively with all staff
• Keep the delivery yard area clean and tidy.
• Food waste bins / general waste bins and recycle bins to be cleaned weekly as instructed.
• Assist with any stocktaking as required
• Provide support with all resort non-food deliveries and distribution of received goods to relevant department.

Some duties and responsibilities of a Receptionist include;

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, completing the correct registration procedure including offering a tour where appropriate.
• When checking out guests you will ensure all client accounts are settled in full, robe controls maintained, and guest satisfaction is checked. Kitchen Assistant

Your main responsibility as a Kitchen Assistant will be to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams with ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and all crockery and cutlery is prepared for the food & beverage team in order to ensure smooth running of service and provide a positive dining experience to our guests.

Some of the responsibilities of a Kitchen Assistant include;

• Ensuring all kitchen areas are kept clean at all times and that all walk through areas are kept clear of any obstruction and that floors are kept dry.
• Washing all kitchen equipment for the chefs and all crockery and cutlery for the restaurant service staff.
• Storing of all food deliveries as instructed on a daily basis ensuring that new stock received is rotated with old stock.
• Communicate effectively with all staff and departments to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Provide support with all resort non-food deliveries and distribution of received goods to relevant department.

Spa Cleaner

Champneys Mottram Hall

Hoursbetween 6.00am and 11.00pm [flexible patterns available]. Includes weekend rotations.

Within this role you will be adaptable to our guest needs, and you will enjoy a variety of tasks putting our guests experience first.

Some responsibilities as a Spa Cleaner include:

• To ensure that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility as well as poolside areas are clean, presentable and free of used items, creating an inviting and relaxing space for guests.
• Use of industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and maintain the standards across the facility during closing hours.
• Effectively manage used towels and robes by ensuring they are removed from guest areas and washed and dried in a timely manner within the laundry room.
• Work to allocated check lists and support where necessary your team and the Spa and Leisure team with any general requests.
• Uphold high levels of security and communication between management, fellow colleagues and guests.
