As the HR Coordinator at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will play an essential role in supporting the Human Resources department. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smoothly carrying out of HR processes, including managing employee records, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and administrative tasks. The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Primary responsible includes:

Primary Responsibilities Include  

• Compile the daily summary for the housekeeping staff and review each room attendant's report at the close of every day. 

• Ensure all details in the daily room reports are thoroughly checked for incoming and departing guests. 

• Special attention should be given to inspecting all rooms for arrival, with an emphasis on ensuring VIP rooms are impeccably prepared. 

• Perform thorough inspections in guest rooms to identify any areas that may require repair or maintenance. 

• Any unusual incidents, including those involving guests or damage to linens, must be immediately reported to the housekeeping office or to the assistant housekeeper. 

• Regularly verify that Housekeeping Stations are well-organized and fully equipped as part of routine responsibilities. 

• Maintain strict oversight over the cleanliness of all corridors and walkways, conducting inspections both in the morning and evening. 

What You Bring:  

• Excellent verbal communication skills include competent expression of ideas and thoughts and ability to communicate in English.
