Job Summary

The incumbent is accountable for the development and execution of key marketing strategic and tactical plans for TB, Blood Culture, MCM product platforms in CASAJ region to deliver the sales, growth and profitability budget targets; establish and strengthen a strong competitive position to increase business and portfolio opportunities; develop internal training curriculum both for new product releases as well as existing products in response to changes in competitive situation; provide leadership of marketing promotional and communication programs.

The talent should maintain close customer connection through market research activity and translate customer insights into product tactical plans. The talent will report on regional business performance, market environment and participate in product development programs; as well as local Marketing associates, and regional cross functional team resources including Finance, Regulatory, Medical and R&D partners as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for working with WW, Regional and Country marketing counterparts to develop and execute an CASAJ regional strategy to ensure achievement of financial/ budget expectations.
• Manages all aspects of product marketing plans by addressing go-to-market strategies, market sensing, market development and marketing mix in product strategies.
• Accountable for demand management by developing recommendations on product sales forecasts and production inventory issues.
• Employs market research tools and collaborates with customer opinion leaders as required to identify and interpret changing user attitudes, demands, and needs for existing company and competitive products.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences
• Minimum 5+ years of life sciences industry experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
• Cross functional team experience desireable
• Substantial applied product and market management experience in multiple disciplines, such as brand management and/ or product development.
• Experience in identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, market development and go to market models and strategies.
• Experience with product development process.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Leads the generation, curation and the data entry process for the data that supports the platform marketing investment
• Oversees strategic alignment around Data Governance between the functions, segments and regions.
• Oversees the execution of the processes & data quality governance model in the region impacting sales & marketing efforts

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: support and implement planning strategies and plans based on the global and regional Supply Chain's overall strategy. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management or related majors are preferred. At least 8 years of working experience in supply chain planning or related fields, and a record of successfully driving supply chain improvements.
• Proficient in relevant knowledge of supply chain management, planning and operations, with deep business insight and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties.

Job Description

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

• Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance
• Create and drive market shaping and market development initiatives to accelerate conversions and project wins
• Collaborate with countries and GA regional team to develop and execute region and country strategies
• Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, key customers and distributors

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
• Over 5 - 7 years of working experience in marketing with minimum 3 years’ marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, demonstrating strategic thinking and successful implementation of marketing strategies
• Prior experience in sales/commercial roles is desired
• Experience working with distributors and / or digital marketing would be an advantage
• Possesses strong business acumen and excellent presentation skills (both oral and written)

We are seeking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager for Greater Asia (GA) to drive strategic capabilities in Sales Force Excellence, Business Intelligence, and Sales and Marketing Trainings across Asia.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial roles within the medical device, healthcare and/or consulting industry
• Previous role in SFE management and/or commercial operations management in a country or region (essential)
• Demonstrable knowledge of sales force effectiveness / excellence concepts including (but not limited to): call planning, segmentation and targeting, territory management, account management, omni-channel action plans
• In-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM systems (eg. Veeva / SFDC) and business intelligence tools

• Lead Greater Asia internal communications plans and execution for BD Associate engagement, including campaigns, Greater Asia President communications, Greater Asia LT engagement, content development and support for internal communications initiatives and interactions that improve employee engagement and understanding of the company’s strategy and Greater Asia’s role supporting BD 2025.
• Participate in the annual strategic review process to help with storytelling, cascading key messages through the organization, as well as the design of the internal communications plan.
• Responsible for the development of communications campaigns and actions that support the strategies and purpose of BD.
• Manage internal communication strategy, such as intranet, in-person and virtual events such as town halls and employee forums, among others as needed.

Summary

• High visibility, high profile position with big impact on BD Greater Asia business growth. Liaison between GA Region and WW BUs for Innovation ideas pipeline and NPD portfolio.
• Spearheads innovation strategy and implementation for BD CASAJ (Central Asia South Asia and Japan) Region to drive high growth and high GP for the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional effort to deeply understand clinical practice, care setting, market potential in specific disease and therapeutic areas in target countries.
• Responsible for exploring, identifying and evaluating product innovation opportunities and ideas using BioDesign methodology and process.
• Drives cross-functional evaluation of growth opportunities by identifying/validating the underlying clinical needs/pain points, evaluating market size and optimal segmentation, assessing customer willingness-to-pay and adoption, analyzing competition landscape, and identifying the likely regulatory pathway.

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

• Minimum Advanced Degree in Science or Engineering
• MBA or clinical experience would be a bonus
• More than 10 years of experience in a role of Strategic Innovation/Strategic Planning/Strategic Marketing/Business Development/Product Marketing/Cross-functional Product Development in the healthcare industry
• Familiar with Stanford BioDesign, hand-on experience using BioDesign process a plus

Job Responsibilities

Product Management & Marketing Activities:

• Develop and iterate marketing plans for assigned portfolio(s) which include new product launches, product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, tactics, demand forecast, and pricing strategy per Corporate’s guidance

Job Description Summary

Overall Logistics operational performance (Warehousing) in Greater Asia, including the management of Regional Distribution Centre in Singapore and lead continuous improvement projects & strategic initiatives for logistics function in Greater Asia.

This is a Greater Asia regional role based in Singapore with responsibilities for the development, management, and execution of, regional and domestic distribution centers and local distribution logistics across all business segments of BD. Main Responsibilities

• Drive logistics operations excellence around on-time execution, losses, damage, scrap, track & trace, freight payment, DC Quality and customer related metrics.
• Collaborate with Global Transportation, Business and functional teams in region and countries to improve international and local delivery performance, Supply Chain quality improvement and Supply Chain Cost
• Collaborate with Global Trade manager to enhance customs speed while ensuring full compliance.
• Manage contract logistics providers and establish a robust partnership with strategic partners, including accountability for the Regional Distribution Centre.
• Work with Global and Greater Asia country SCM organizations to achieve optimal Distribution Network to support business goals, including location and number of distribution centres, transportation methods to result in significant savings in total delivered while improving customer service.
• Champion Logistics personnel core competency development initiatives, including the development of training and development plans using the established BD core competency model.

Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) KPI

• RDC operating budget
• GDPMDS compliance in RDC & ISO 13485 compliance for storage and distribution for BD Holdings
• Expected to identify improvement opportunities in logistics related process within RDC and its immediate upstream/downstream network.
• Lead the execution of operating plans related to Logistics in the region.
• Provides input into key business decision related to Global/ Regional Supply Chain network.
• Accomplish tasks through coaching of experienced logistics executives and third-party logistics partners.
• Develop a strong collaborative partnership with strategic logistics partners.
• Chair performance reviews (monthly performance review & QBR), country DC metrics review and Quality Management Review to drive for operational excellence and identify areas of improvement.

Our Requirements

• Previous role in SFE management and/or commercial operations management in a country or region (essential)
• Demonstrable knowledge of sales force effectiveness / excellence concepts including (but not limited to): call planning, segmentation and targeting, territory management, account management, omni-channel action plans
• In-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes, CRM systems (eg. Veeva / SFDC) and business intelligence tools

Job Summary

As the TGS representative, you are responsible for leading a team of TGS Plant IT leads that partner with local Plant Managers and their site leadership teams to drive and shape demand for new requests and to ensure day to day manufacturing and quality operations at a site level, are enabled through the continued availability of TGS supported technologies.

You will also manage a team of individuals (both TGS and from an outsourced partner), who are responsible for driving and shaping demand as well as ensuring the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS) solutions for the Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance and Quality control and Quality engineering functions at all the manufacturing sites in Greater Asia.

Accountable for ensuring that the full portfolio of manufacturing-specific TGS work for the region, is delivered as planned and includes ensuring corresponding projects, plans, status reports, compliance and regulatory measures, resources, etc. are in place for all manufacturing and related DC locations, in the Greater Asia region.

Serve as a point of escalation for the regional Plant Managers and their direct leadership team as well as the BU VP’s of Operations and their direct leadership teams.

Required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the regional Manufacturing function is proactively supported and is provided with strategic thought leadership when it comes to improving and increasing the use case of technology at a site level, including Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory (digital) opportunities.

Great opportunity for someone to facilitate building a strong, collaborative, trusted partnership between the regional Plant IT and regional Plant Management teams. Job Summary

Support global trade organization in Greater Asia to ensure import and export supply chain operation comply with applicable custom laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support trade compliance system process enhancement and testing
• Support Greater Asia countries in HS classification and licensing requirement
• Initiate cost saving opportunities and support Free trade agreement qualification process.
• Support system database maintenance and alignment such as HS codes, export control code, Country of origin information.
• Set up new compliance process and drive continuous improvement to existing import and export processes.
• Represent global trade in crossed functional and crossed countries projects such as AEO qualification.
• Act as a regional support to Greater Asia countries in trade operation processes as and when required.

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with exposure to international trade regulations
• Team player and able to work cross functionally
• Attention to details and conscientious to problem solving
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Knowledgeable on use of Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoints, Words, etc
• SAP ERP and GTS knowledge an advantage
