OPERATIONS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

What You Will Do

HR & ADMIN MANAGER

(Salary range: S$4,500 - $5,500)

WHAT YOU DO

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, insurance renewals, training and development
• Responsible for the full payroll functions
• Well versed with WPOL and EPOL applications and guidelines
• Hands on experience handling work injury and insurance claims
• Execute HR operational functions related to employees' data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
• Review policies and process flows
• Develop an internal work plan to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with MOM statutory requirements
• Promote staff awareness of workplace safety and health, communicate and educate staff on the Workplace Safety Act together with the Workplace Safety Consultant
• Manage and supervise the Office Admin Function (such as office rental, office workspace allocation, wellness program, staff pass, stationeries, pantry, etc)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (specifically in HR Governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and Office Administration), with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
• Well versed and knowledgeable in HRIS System, preferably CuteOffice
• Experience in rolling out HRIS implementation projects within organization
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous with a strong desire to learn, and be able to work in an agile environment
• Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams
• Preferably able to commence work at short notice

CLASS 4 DRIVER / LORRY CRANE

Job Description & Requirements

• Able to drive at night or day
• Transporting workers to sites
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Possess class 4 Driving License or Lorry Crane

• Cleaning Duties:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
  Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  Clean restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  Replenish restroom supplies such as hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
  Wash and sanitize kitchen areas, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
  Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and meeting rooms.

• Provide full spectrum of Human Resource support
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records in personal files. Prepare, update, maintain and file all HR/Admin related documents
• In charge of training administration. Compile or administer training courses and update training courses
• Work pass applications (Work permit, SPASS, EP)
• Assist in preparing employment contract for new hires/contract renewal, confirmation letters and acceptance letter for resignation, work pass application
• Assist in travel arrangements and visa
• Assist in candidate interview arrangement
• Support company events

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level with relevant HR experience
• At least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Strong command of oral and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong interpersonal skills

• To keep track all tender documents, drawing and corrigendum base on the document control process.
• To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender enquiry.
• To assist Superior to call for quotations, selection of qualified subcontractors/vendors and distribute the relevant tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line.
• Assist with tender evaluation and prepare of tender documents for submission.
• Ensure all documentary evidences and contemporary records are properly documented, filed and complied for substantiation purposes.
• Able to read M&E drawings.
• Must have experience in handling Variations and Closure of Final Accounts with Client and Subcontractors
• Assist in subcontract procurement, evaluating, negotiation, selecting competent supplier and subcontractors and to prepare for relevant contract agreement.
• Assist in measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction for project budget, cost control, submission to client and financial budget report.
• Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in closely liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
• Carry out contract administration duties.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.

SENIOR/HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

(Salary range: S$3,000 - $3,800)

WHAT YOU DO

HR FUNCTIONS

• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, selection & employment, all Work Pass matters.
• Responsible for the full payroll functions in consultation with HR & Admin Manager
• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in reviewing training plans and career development for staff.
• Responsible to manage and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in handling company insurances claims and reviews (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
• Prepare submissions to government agencies, such as IRAS, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc

ADMIN FUNCTIONS

• Lead HR Admin team, manage and improve the work flow to give strong support to operations and finance department
• Assist the HR & Admin Manager with vendor management and government grant applications
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies eg. Stationery, photocopiers
• Maintain company assets such as desktops and laptops with help from IT outsourcing vendors
• Ensure that office and pantry is well-maintained, organized and secure.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Senior executive role
• Candidates with minimum GCE O level plus Certificate in Human Resource Management & above will have an advantage

• Supervise Projects and manage Control maintenance programs/schedules
• Provides day to day instrument and electrical engineering support & supervision to power and control systems equipment in a Railway

Walk-In Interview (Immediate hiring)

- Live in West Area

- Fetch workers to/fro to work at railway depots/stations

- Only 4-5 hours of driving per night BUT paid 8 hours of work per night

- Have a valid Class 3 driving licence with proven clean records

- Have hands on experience driving a 14 footer lorry with canopy

- Full time: 5-6 nights per week (alt Sat & Sun off)

- Part time: min. 3 nights per week (negotiable on the nights preferred)
