The Sr. Training Manager will be responsible for setting up the training strategy for Omni-channel sales team, as well as the annual training plan. To be in charge of 200 doors' product seasonal training, selling skill training, train the trainer programs, etc. and also to be in charge of Ecom operation agency product knowledge and service training, online business scale > = 30% of total China Hoka business.

Need to have growth mindset to identify business opportunities and take actions to improve. Especially off-line store consumer experience improving, ensuring the brand spirits flows smoothly into consumer ends. Also to lead a 4-people training team who are expertise on training content creation, running/product knowledge, running club setup, selling skills training etc.

Working closely with global training team to leverage training resources into China market.

This role reports to China Hoka Business Unit Head.

40% Planning and evaluation

1. To assist Hoka Business Unit head to set up 3-year training strategy to support aggressive China business long-range plan achievement.

2. Meet with channel heads to understand the business needs and make yearly training program and budget plan to improve sales team's service skill & selling skills.

3. Collaborate with brand marketing team and merch team to build up brand-right training material while high-light the seasonal focus.

4.Build up a strong E-learning platform/program to host all training content and create stickness of staffs on the platform. Establish self-driving learning culture of the team.

5. clear KPI set up for each training program for better evaluation and learning.

6. To adapt Hoka spirit/brand DNA into the Hoka training programs.

7. Monthly, quarterly and yearly budget review with clear breakdowns.

40% Training and Coaching related

1. In charge of and supervise the whole training team's execution to support business team to deliver business result (including but not limited to service training, retail management training, store social communication technique training, CRM implementation training etc. with support from related function teams)

2. In charge of retail store staffs probation & contract renew examination, to support retail team head's evaluation on the quality of hiring. And support retail partners' 200-door staffs annual evaluation to make sure retail partners find the right staffs for Hoka.

3. To implement Hoka global service program in China with continuous improvement with local insights & relevance for all channels.

4. In Charge of & supervise team on HOKA seasonal product training to all channels.

5. Independently organize the training sessions for each channel and proactively align support from cross-division. Especially the on-going Train-the-trainer program to make sure knowledge transferred/cascade down to new comers to avoid the risk of staff turn over in 200 doors and online ecom operation agency.

20% Training tool development and implementation.                                                        

1. Be sensitive and open-minded to the new tech and info in the market on training territory.                 

2. Proactively lead the team to create or re-organize the training content including but not limited to articles, photos, graphics, videos to translate sports' & running knowledge into a user-friendly info for all staffs.     

3.  Further develop and improve e-learning platform working actively in all channels based on different operation needs and tie in with brand spirit. 

4. Look out for any relevant and innovative learning tools, attend events related the training and development field. And select partners/vendors according to Hoka's brand standard. 

5. Tracking the user reports and update to related departments on regular basis.    

10% Team development and communication

1. Strong leadership in training team to activate the 4-people direct reports on content creation, service training, product training and FSR/running culture build up for omni-channel sales team.

2. Regular retail store visit to track staff performance and keep feedback updated with area managers, retail partners' Key account managers and ops team.

3. Cross functional communication to work with e-com, merchant, marketing, finance and wholesale team on initiating programs, evaluating results and improvement planning.

4. Keep close communication with global training team to share and learn good practice to make a robust local training program.

The HOKA ONE ONE Senior PR Executive role is to support PR Manager on annual TPR content planning and daily execution. This role needs to be independently supervise the retainer PR communication, relationship build up with various kinds of media, support PR Assistant Manager on Celebrity and Elite Runners’ PR value exploration and execution, and various PR events landing in China Market.  

The Senior PR Executive must be very passionate towards sports (not limited to running )  and HOKA ONE ONE the brand , authentic in branding , while flexible in new relationship and collaboration opportunity in any possible case. High energy level is a must for this role, and needs to be very well organized and result oriented, self-motivated.

20% Planning

• To assist PR Assistant Manager on HOKA annual product GTM plan, execute PR strategy and calendar based on global concept, China business goal and marketing objectives.
• To define target media pool ( performance & lifestyle ) strategically to optimize existing resource on annual basis.
• Have clear KPI for each media segment based on annual budget plan/campaign plan.
• Well work with all MKT functions ( social, digital, sports marketing, grassroots, retail, VM )to intergrade  Elite Team /all function activations and social resource, generate maximize brand exposure.
• Nice to have innovative idea on PR content generation and new way/new channel for brand building.

55% Execution

• Lead daily and key product campaign execution. Work closely with PR agency for seasonal/ monthly product and event press release editing , annual content calendar , KPI setting and tracking sheet, monthly clipping reports.
• Work with PR Assistant Manager to set up strong seeding policy and process, to maintain the good relationship in daily with brand friends runners ,KOL and media.
• Lead internal and external communication for PR sample management & editorial / celebrity gifting & shooting
• Dig out diverse, on-brand, nice to have innovative PR content and new way/new channel for PR.
• To regularly talk to media and develop new relationship with media/ celebrity/ stylist to create positive PR coverage with key push products exposure of HOKA ONE ONE and increase PR value ROI for HOKA ONE ONE.
• Assist Assistant PR manager for key event planning related work: information collection, event concept development, vendor sourcing, document preparation, etc.  Coordinated with all related departments, functions.
• Individually execute basic/ small scale PR event, like in-store media talk activity, coordinate and work closely with internal team member and external 3rd parties; event on-site execution and quality control.
• Keep an eye on competitor’s good PR case and apply learning to our brand.
• Excellent Timeline management to QC agency work; Ensure PR tactics on commercial schedule and accomplish the KPI.

Under the leadership of the HOKA Senior Retail Manager to effectively manage and develop HOKA China DTC offline retail stores in Beijing, to achieve revenue and fiscal targets and brand objectives. Provide leadership, coaching and disciplines to establish the highest standards of customer services, store presentation, inventory management and store administration. Ability to assist line manager in improving store performance. To leverage all cross functional and cross area/regional relationship to achieve desired result.

30% Sales & Profit Protect

To take full accountability of the designated area’s store P&L, to take initiative to

• stimulate top line growths
• continuously improve store operations,
• contribute to establish and deliver operations capital and revenue strategies to maximize return on investment.

To support line manager to continuously improve brand equity and market share.

To lead cross-merchandise/planning team to work out the best product assortment plan for stores, as well as the marketing team for marketing support.

To be able to accurately deliver the sales forecast by quarter and annual. And be able to set up strategic sales target for stores.

To be proactively with BD person on secure the best store location, as well as find industry info regularly for line manager and BD for strategy draft. (BD will take in charge of the negotiation and contract management)

This position is in charge of the allocation for UGG retail full price stores, including concept stores and flagship stores. She/he will partner with cross-functional teams (Buying, Merch, VM, Logistics and Retail teams etc.) to understand each store and region profile through performance analysis and store communications. And through this, execute an accurate and timely allocation that reflect the store matrix and sales plan, which will include initial allocation, replenishment and consolidation for different season products down to gender/category/style/size level to meet business target.

40% Allocation, replenishment and consolidation

Execute the initial allocation to each store for different season’s product by size level base on Launching Plan and Assortment Plan in partnership with Buying/Merch/VM/Retail/Logistic teams. Review store performance and inventory position and lead weekly replenishment activities to ensure timely and sufficient inventory support to maximize sales and productivity. Suggest and execute timely consolidation plan for stores/regions and support cross region/channel transfer base on business needs to maximize sales opportunity.

• Working under the leader of HOKA Partner Retail and Wholesale team in China, the HOKA Key Account Manager is responsible for contributing to the sales and margin growth of HOKA partner retail and wholesale business in China by directly managing key partner retailers and key multi-brands retailer to drive the sales, distribution development of wholesale multi-brands channel, partner retail mono-store channel in appointed territory in China market
• Will be held accountable for achieving HOKA Long Range Plan like the sales budget plan, distribution channel development plan, etc.
• The role includes effective coordination/ alignment of merchandising, marketing (Field marketing) and sales with appointed key accounts. Key areas for influence include key account or key partner advisory in executing sales strategy for each season in order to achieve the HOKA business plan.
• The role requires representation in Global Brand meetings which requires consumer and retail product expertise for running category.  
• The role has rich experience of partner retail business management to build up and grow up partner retail mono-store business with appointed key accounts and key retailers in China market.
• Has solid capability to build strong relationships with Business Partners (across buying, sales, merchandising, partner retail mono stores), to successfully manage designated business partners.

30% HOKA Sales Strategy Proposal and Implementation

• Responsible for managing and executing the HOKA sales strategy in China ensuring the achievement of brand objectives, brand representation, sales and gross margin with designated partner retailer and key account retailers. 
• Identify brand and product growth opportunities at market level to ensure maximization of sales across all existing and potentially new product categories. 
• Liaise with the merchandising team, demand planning team, operations team to ensure accurate forecasting and buying to forecast, as per the critical path and oversees the logistics and inventory control for designated partner retailer and key account retailers.
• Direct business channels on product line merchandising, selection and selling strategy as appropriate.
• Work with Product management, marketing and international marketing to ensure the seasonal sell in packages are appropriate, complete and are communicated effectively, both internally and externally.
• Participate in the key global brand meetings, to include the seasonal finalization, launch meetings and Asia Pacific regional meetings.
• Plan and organize seasonal trade shows for designated partner retailers and wholesale retailers and lead them to placing seasonal PO in line with budget plan

30% Business Development:

• Maximum multi-brands channel opportunities to grow up general wholesale business in appointed territory.
• Strategically develop Partner Retail Mono-Store channel with partner retailers as priority to grow up HOKA business in China market in line with long range HOKA plan.
• Identify and recommend potential areas for brand marketing investment to drive brand awareness and sales, above and beyond local activity. 
• Identify potential product collaborations that are in keeping with the brand strategy and makes recommendations to the product team for approval.

30% Account Management:

• Act as the first point of call for designated partner retailers and key accounts within the HOKA Brand
• Strategically contact and manage designated customers on a consistent, predictable cadence.
• Regularly check and ensure HOKA point of accesses are under well management in terms of brand image and VM, ensure that sales staff at HOKA point of accesses are well trained and offering good service to consumers.
• Build strong professional relationships with all stakeholders for each designated account.
• Develop a strong understanding of target consumer, trends and competition in key markets.
• Maintain regular daily or weekly contact with Sales Leadership, regarding sales updates, sell through, issues, opportunities, and market intelligence.

• Propose new opportunities to Sales Leadership
• Travel within China and to the key cities to gain a full understanding of the opportunities that exist. 
• Provide the leader of HOKA partner retail and wholesale team with data and analysis on all business areas as required. 
• Collate individual key accounts brand information including market sales, product and sales data to provide the brand team with essential feedback and direction. Outline areas for future potential.
