SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pay: $23.60
• Shift: Monday-Friday (3:00pm-11:30pm)
• Safety Ensure compliance to all Cardinal and safety rules, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Complete Yardhorse Activity and Inspection Form daily.
• Inspect trailers daily to verify condition meets criteria set by PolyOne for loading and unloading.
• Complete monthly safety meetings and training. Report on accidents and near misses. Comply with all safety rules per company policy   
• Receiving – 100% accurate and timely receipts. Must be proficient in SAP as it relates to the job functions Safely shuttle trailers from the plant to the warehouse May conduct receiving and put away activity when material handler is not available to unload trailers. Communicate and resolve issues with Supervisor or Manager.
• Shipping – 100% on-time and accurate shipments – Zero complaints. May conduct shipping activity when time allows – picking, staging, auditing, paperwork flow from office Safely shuttle trailers to the plant. Monitor Transfer orders from the RF monitor. Double check orders that cannot be scanned Double check shipments for accuracy and compliance to picking/shipment requirements.
• Notify Supervisor of Transfer orders that won’t confirm on floor Verify all orders Comply with all shipping instructions, are loaded and posted correctly Operate the on board RF monitors.
• Building, equipment and supplies Conduct daily equipment check lists.
• Notify Supervisor of low inventory of supplies needed in warehouse.
• Perform routine maintenance within the work area.
• Make sure all trucks and trailers are in safe and operational order. Notify Warehouse Supervisor of all repairs necessary to keep equipment in safe operational order.
• To follow all housekeeping procedures. This includes Keeping all work areas including the dock areas & aisle ways clean & free from debris, immediately cleaning up any material loss or spillage, putting all trash into appropriate trash bins. Have knowledge of standard practices and procedures within a particular field. Must follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor. Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.

OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES

• Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. Physically count all cycle counts directed to by Supervisor, report all inventory adjustments. Special requests / plant contact, grade changes, labeling, samples, etc…
• Assist in all office duties as requested by Supervisor Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
• Communicates with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company’s goals and objectives Maintain personal tools required for your job.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED. Possess a valid CDL Drivers license and pass DOT physical and drug test. Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in the field or in a related field with a current CDL Drivers License. Must be proficient in SAP as it relates to the job functions Be certified by C&W Services to operate a forklift

Beverage Operations Manager (Supply Chain Advisor)

The Beverage Operations Manager (Supply Chain Advisor) supports the department in cultivating and capturing synergies across operations functions within Niagara as we service existing and future business.  This includes driving alignment across the Procurement, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Transportation, Finance, IT, QA and other operations functions supporting Beverage, with the objective of driving execution and service to our customer base while maximizing cost efficiency.  The Manager will also work closely with Manufacturing, Product Development, Engineering and other teams throughout the Niagara network to ensure coordination between internal departments and customer order fulfilment expectations.

Essential Functions

• Key liaison between manufacturing quality department and customer/sales
• Work with the quality team at HQ and plant to ensure there’s clear process around all quality documentation in line with the customer needs
• Initiate projects to improve service level for customer and reduce production and logistics complexity for Internal teams at Niagara
• Access the financial and operational impacts of new product launches and provide feedback to sales and program management on potential areas of opportunity
• Ensure the increase in complexity for plant operations are captured and budgeted for as new customers or additional requirements/complexity come in.
• Document line capacities and keep it updates as new products are commissioned and capacity added
• Maintain current schedule of rebuilds and retrofits that might impact line capacity or ability
•  Collaborate with the intra-logistics managers to ensure all quality parameters are met in our 3PL network
• Collaborate with manufacturing and planning to ensure line changeovers between different product types are optimized to have the best sequencing of product to maximize throughput
• Manage the service execution strategy for Niagara’s Beverage Customer base.  This includes driving the overall service vision, strategy and tactics (in collaboration with Niagara’s various operations teams) across our growing customer portfolio.
• Manage customer-specific supply execution plans that meet/exceed relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) set forth in our Beverage Agreements.
• Drive long-term strategies to ensure we meet/exceed our revenue growth goals.
• Manage the operational execution relationships with our customers, coordinating with Niagara’s Beverage Sales team to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with customers on their operational KPI/data needs and work internally to Niagara to facilitate and drive alignment and execution with those needs.
• Optimize service, financial, and operational KPI’s by determining how best to improve and streamline customer needs across Niagara’s manufacturing and distribution network.
• Lead in the implementation of system-wide solutions to minimize cost while achieving targeted service levels to customers.
• Drive the development, design and optimization of processes and systems affecting our customer base.

Job Summary

Saia is currently looking for dockworkers to join our team. Our dockworkers will efficiently sort, handle and load freight into and unload it from over the road equipment, containers and city trailers using a sit down forklift. In some instances, our dockworkers will also perform the job duties of a hostler, moving trailers throughout our yard.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using a forklift, pallet jack or manually in compliance with state and federal DOT guidelines
• Read and interpret shipping labels
• Hand load, rewrap or stack freight as necessary
• Secure freight inside the trailer using the provided and appropriate dunnage
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Design Consultant contract requirements against deliverables.
• Coordinate project governance design presentations and input.
• Manage scope of each design submittal package.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Service Technician is responsible for delivering more complex durable medical equipment to Apria patients in the home.

$21.70 - $40.30 / Hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instructs patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other equipment/services permitted or allowed by state licensure limitations. 
• Ensures patients understand how to operate and maintain equipment.
• Responsible for routine patient follow-up related to equipment by providing additional equipment instruction when necessary.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls on a regular and on-call basis.
• Loads, delivers and sets up respiratory, durable medical equipment, oxygen and other necessary supplies to homecare patients. 
• May pick up, clean and disinfect medical equipment.
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition according to manufacturer's guidelines and Company Policy.

• Perform a variety of minor repairs and services to maintain motor vehicles.

• Place and maintain decals on vehicles

• Check and replace batteries.

• Rotate, repair, and replace tires.

• Drain, flush, and replace engines, transmissions, and differential grease and oils.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required

Working Conditions:

Walk, bend, reach, push, pull, stoop, squat, and climb, as required, in order to perform required vehicle inspections.
Frequently climb in and out of a large truck.
Extended schedule may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds.
May be required to be exposed to extreme weather conditions (snow, ice, heat, winds).
Remote locations. 
Occasionally climb ladders to inspect inside the cargo tank following loading or unloading.
Sit for extended periods of time in a truck and be able to drive, for as many as 11 hours while transporting hazardous materials such as gasoline and diesel fuel.

CDL Driver WinField (Seasonal)

SHIFT: Day Shift; Monday through Friday.  During peak season (Spring/Summer), work may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.  At times, the ability to work overtime also may be required. This role is a seasonal/on call position.

PAY:  $28/hr.

Job Summary:

This role is part of our Land O’Lakes, Inc., WinField United business that provides crop inputs and insights to farmers through our network independent ag retailers. As a Seasonal Driver, you will be a valued team member who operates medium to large-sized trucks with trailers for transportation of agricultural materials. You will operate within an assigned regional area. Valid commercial driver’s license is required. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Age:  21 years or older
• License: Current driver’s license
• License: Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); HAZ-MAT licensure, Tanker Endorsement - additional endorsements may also be required
• Experience:  6+months of commercial driving experience
• Time Management: Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision
• Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one’s co-workers at all times without exception
• Coordination: Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changes
• Comprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
• Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
• Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.

Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:

• Able to lift 60lbs
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust and chemicals are present
• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
