We are looking for curious, organised, and enthusiastic graduate calibre candidates to embark on a journey to start your career! This is a full-time permanent job opportunity with a 6-month training programme included.

You'll be working for an international firm specialising in tracing missing and unknown beneficiaries to unclaimed estates, property, and assets worldwide. The main aim of the position is to support the companies' researchers in the quest to find long lost heirs and beneficiaries through archive research. As well as supporting with other legal services, researching documents such as wills, birth certificates, estate documentation connected with probate.

As this is a trainee programme, we are not looking for particular previous experience, but the successful candidates will show the following attributes: excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to cope under pressure and work autonomously. Ideally candidates will be educated to a degree level, degrees including extensive research are a bonus! Degrees such as History, English Literature, Philosophy for example.

Working independently will be fundamental to the role as you will be working onsite at archives and museums as well as from home.

With a starting salary if £26K per annum for the duration of training, upon graduating to a Research Associate you will receive a salary increase to £28K per annum. We are one of the largest cardiac MRI scanning centres in the UK. Our Imaging Clinical Research Facility is based in our St Thomas Hospital campus with strong research collaboration focusing on the development of novel acquisition, reconstruction and motion correction using different field strength MRI scanners. The facility is run by King’s College London, the University partner in close partnership with Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Clinical services are delivered to approximately 13,000 patients a year (Cardiac MRI, Perinatal MRI and the PET Centre), and were recently re-accredited in accordance with the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) 2021

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cardiac MRI Radiographer to join our nationally accredited clinical research imaging team. The department supports and mentors Radiographers in their personal and professional development including actively encouraging staff to attend high profile national and international seminars, conferences, presenting posters, abstracts and presentations.

The Service Delivery Manager manages a team of Science Operations Administrators across multiple floors. The team are the first point of contact for our science colleagues for all operational queries and are required to resolve or co-ordinate their resolution.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Candidates will be expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

• A thorough knowledge of their subject area, particularly in relation to the new National Curriculum, GCSE, and 16-19 developments.
• The appropriate skills required to be an efficient and effective teacher and interest in developing this practice further.
• The ability to plan, organise, assess, monitor and evaluate effectively, and to maintain a stimulating learning environment. Knowledge of assessment including at Advanced Level.
• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Effective skills in the use of ICT, particularly in relation to Mathematics programmes.
• The skills required to be an effective form tutor.
• The ability to devise strategies for implementing policies leading to equality of opportunity.
• An understanding of and commitment to whole-school issues in a diverse school and the willingness to be involved in all aspects of the work of the department and to contribute to the wider life of the school.
• The potential to develop management and leadership qualities.
