The Business Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the development, maintenance, and incident resolution of several key business systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee system roadmaps, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a full time, permanent role to based in the company's Loughborough offices. Some travel will be required with occasional overnight stays to the company's Head Offices or to industry events etc.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing Field Colleagues and ensuring the successful implementation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including stock and fixtures, within designated Asda stores. A typical week as an Area Sales Manager will include:

• Lead and manage a team of Field Colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of client coverage and quality KPIs across all media propositions.
• To ensure each colleague has the training and tools (both physical and mental) to deliver the role in relation to implementation guidelines, contractual procedures, and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Ensure that new colleagues receive the right onboarding training and support.
