The Must Haves:

• Expertise in OTN Transport, DWDM, Switching, Control Plane technologies, Automation Development using TCL/Python. Exposure to photonics/DWDM, NMS and packet technologies would be a plus.

Position Description:

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Legal Compliance Officer to support compliance and legal matters across the company’s operations.

• Support senior management and stakeholders on legal and compliance issues by providing legal counsel and recommendations;
• Oversee and manage tasks and matters across the company’s operations, including intellectual property, governance, data protection, employment and litigation;

Position Overview

You will provide value to Autodesk's Global Trade Compliance program by contributing to multiple software development and engineering initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with technologies like Oracle Enterprise Data Quality platform / Oracle Watchlist Screening (OEDQ/OWS), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Database, SQL Queries, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, Python, etc

• Development focus and experience to build and deploy large-scale enterprise applications

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies – VMWare, MS Azure, AWS etc\

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years prior experience designing, architecting and deploying Export/Trade Compliance solutions

• Strong data analysis skills are preferred

• Minimum 5 years of software solution design, architecture and development experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience customizing, configuring, administering and performance tuning the Trade/Export Compliance application

• Preferred to have 2+ years of hands-on working experience with Oracle Watchlist Screening (OEDQ/OWS)

The Team

At the Information Security team at athenahealth, our mission is to keep the data we handle as secure as possible while enabling the business to be nimble and meet the needs of the customer.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Compliance - Work with new and existing athenahealth vendors to ensure initial and continued compliance with Information Security requirements.  Review technical controls with vendors, document compliance and exceptions, and report out findings to athenahealth leadership.
• Engineering Experience – Ability to understand and apply technical concepts and apply them to recommendations around vendor onboarding and compliance.
• Project planning and facilitation – Creation of Information Security related project plans that include deliverables, responsible parties, timelines, budgets, etc. for both athenahealth and 3rd party vendors who work with athenahealth.  Frequently checking in with stakeholders (both internal and 3rd party) to ensure Information Security projects are on track, budget, etc.
• Reporting – Any exceptions to athenahealth Information Security policies by vendors must be communicated, tracked, and risk-managed on a regular basis.
• Process reviews – Ensure business stakeholders are periodically reviewing internal and vendor practices to ensure athenahealth is doing what we need to do on our end to remain compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar degree and/or applicable work experience such as IT Audit.
• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects.  Working knowledge of technical concepts including virtual desktops, operating systems, networking, firewalls, and VPNs.
• 2+ years of experience managing external vendors from a compliance (particularly InfoSec) perspective.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum project management concepts.
