Job Description:
-To perform sensory evaluation, chemical and microbiological analysis on raw materials and products.
-To perform routine environmental hygiene tests
-Understand sampling plan and methods of sampling and carry out raw materials and products sampling according to sampling plan.
-Preparation of laboratory culture media and reagents.

• Asssit the QA Executive in ensuring product quality are met and standards (ISO, Food safety) are properly implemented and updated.
• Conduct quality check (tests and inspections) for in-coming, in-process and out-going goods for all production lines and all products produced.
• Conduct sample testing for new product and/or trial for new materials
• Inspecting output samples using established procedures, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and functionality tests.
• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal and customer's requirements.

Job Description:
- Develop and enforce quality control plans (QCPs) specific to projects, outlining inspection points, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor the implementation of quality control measures at various stages of the piping project, from material selection to installation.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping components to verify conformity with design specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) processes, including radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, and magnetic particle testing.
- Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on piping systems to ensure their structural integrity and leak-tightness.
