Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Supports the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager in attaining Levi's® Store Iconic status by assisting in the development of the store team and contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth.  Assumes responsibility for store in the absence of Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Store Manager and Flagship Store Manager positions are critical to the successful operations of FedEx Office’s largest and most impactful retail stores. You will run and grow your business while maintaining Purple Promise service, operational excellence and leading, developing and coaching your direct reports. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 4+ years of related (ex. retail, service, hospitality, military) experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

The expected starting salary range for this role is $96,600- $146,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

Key Role:

Organize, inventory, and maintain corporate and government property in a warehouse or field environment.
