Opportunity available for a Registered General Nurse to work within the community, Based in Leicester

The team sits within the Community Team with the role predominately be monitoring patients, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in their conditions to provide the most suitable care and advice and performing routine procedures such as administering non-intravenous medications, taking blood pressure measurements and completing patients' charts. Service Delivery & Development The post holder will work as a member of selected multi-disciplinary trust-wide clinical teams to provide highly specific, patient centred, evaluated information at the time and place of need. Job Overview-

We currently have the opportunity for TWO substantive consultant positions in acute and general paediatrics with an interest in High Dependency Care and is based in the Leicester Children’s Hospital at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, a major teaching hospital closely allied with the University of Leicester. The appointment will be whole time. Any Consultant who is unable for personal reasons, to work whole time, will be eligible to be considered for the post. If such a person is appointed, modification of the job content will be discussed on a personal basis in consultation with Consultant colleagues.



The main focus of the post will be the providing secondary level paediatric services to children in Leicester.

• To contribute to the provision of the Acute and General Paediatric service as well as providing care to the patients admitted to HDU.
• Weekly General Paediatric outpatient clinics.
• Participate in the consultant cover and service provision for the General Paediatric Service including, Consultant of the week day time rota.
• Participate in the General Paediatric Consultant on-call service. This includes 24-7 out-of-hours cover for the Children’s Hospital.
• Lead the care of patients admitted to HDU, based on ward 12. Currently we have 6 commissioned HDU beds and plan to go up to 8 beds in the next few months.
• Promote and strengthen links with colleagues in Primary Care, including GP’s and AHP’s

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is

Sunday: Day Off Monday: 12:00 - 16:00,Tuesday: Day Off ,Wednesday: 12:00 - 16:00 ,Thursday,Friday: Day Off ,Saturday: 12:00 - 17:00

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery


• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.


• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies
